Description
そこで、本発明は、初期歪みや初期荷重の発生を抑えて組み立てることができる車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置を提供することを目的とする。
一方の荷重センサが一方の可動レールに固定されているが、他方の荷重センサが他方の可動レールに対して左右方向に移動可能となっているので、矩形フレームをこれら荷重センサに搭載する際においては、他方の荷重センサの位置を調整することによって、これら荷重センサのロッドをそれぞれの取付孔に一致させることができる。そのため、初期歪みや初期荷重を抑えることができる。
上記実施形態では、右側の荷重センサ70,80が可動アッパーレール4に対して左右方向にスライド移動可能に設けられているが、更にパッチメンバー112に対して左右方向にスライド移動可能に設けられていても良い。また、荷重センサ70,80が、可動アッパーレール4に対しては固定されパッチメンバー112に対しては左右方向にスライド移動可能に設けられていても良い。ここで、荷重センサ70,80をパッチメンバー112に対して左右方向にスライド移動可能に設けるためには、取付孔123,124を左右方向に長尺な長穴として形成し、荷重入力ロッド73,83をリング状のスライド材に挿入し、ワッシャ135,137とウェブ118との間にスライド材を挟む。また、荷重センサ70,80を可動アッパーレール4に対して固定するためには、荷重センサ70,80を左の荷重センサ50,60と同様に可動アッパーレール4に固定する。
上記実施形態では、乗員重量測定装置1が右側の車両用シートに設けるものであるが、左側の車両用シートに設けても良い。左側の車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置は、上記実施形態で説明した乗員重量測定装置1に対して左右対称に構成されている。即ち、左側の車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置では、左右方向にスライド移動可能な荷重センサ70,80が左側になり、固定された荷重センサ50,60が右側になる。
上記実施形態では、荷重センサ70,80のフランジ71,81が水平となって前後方向に延出しているが、水平となって左右方向に延出しても良い。フランジ71,81が左右方向に延出した場合でも、フランジ71,81に形成される長穴75,85及び切欠き76,86の長手方向は左右方向である。なお、上記実施形態のように、フランジ71,81が前後方向に延出した方が、左右方向に延出した場合よりも、可動アッパーレール4の左右方向の幅が狭くすることができる。

Claims (3)
- 車両側に固定される左右一対の固定レールそれぞれの上を前後に移動可能に設けられた左右一対の可動レールと、
前記一対の可動レール上に搭載され、上に延出したロッドを有した複数の荷重センサと、
前記一対の可動レールの上方に配置され、前記複数の荷重センサに対応した複数の取付孔が上下に貫通するよう形成された矩形フレームと、を備え、
前記複数の荷重センサのロッドが前記複数の取付孔を下から上へ挿入されて前記矩形フレームが前記複数の荷重センサに搭載され、
前記複数の荷重センサのうち一方の荷重センサが前記一対の可動レールのうち一方の可動レールに対して固定された状態で前記一方の可動レールに搭載され、
前記複数の荷重センサのうち他方の荷重センサが前記一対の可動レールのうち他方の可動レールに対して左右方向に移動可能な状態で前記他方の可動レールに搭載されていることを特徴とする車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置。 - 前記複数のロッドにナットが螺合して前記ナットの締め付けにより前記ロッドが前記矩形フレームに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置。
- 前記一対の固定レール間に架設された架設体を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用シートの乗員重量測定装置。
