Description
Claims (3)
- 車両のフロアにシートを固定するためのフロア側固定部材とシート側固定部材との間に介在され、前記シートに着座している乗員の荷重を測定するための車両のシート用乗員荷重センサにおいて、
前記フロア側固定部材および前記シート側固定部材の一方に、車両前後方向である長手方向の両端部で固定される起歪体と、
該起歪体の中央部に垂直方向に固定され、前記フロア側固定部材および前記シート側固定部材の他方に固定される連結部材と、
前記起歪体の表面であって、前記両端部と前記中央部との各間に貼付され、2個の歪検出素子によりホイートストンブリッジ回路の半分の回路が形成された歪ゲージ板と、
両端の固定部が前記起歪体に前記両端部で固定され、該固定部を連結する取付け部が前記起歪体の側方に延在するように形成されたアッパブラケットと、
該アッパブラケットの取付け部に前記起歪体と並んで取り付けられたアンプケースに収納され、前記歪ゲージ板からの信号を増幅するためのアンプ基板と、
前記起歪体の前記両端部と前記中央部との各間で前記歪ゲージ板に接続されるとともに前記アンプ基板に接続されるFPC基板と、を備え、
前記各歪ゲージ板に形成された前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路の半分の回路と、前記FPC基板上に形成された配線パターンとによりホイートストンブリッジ回路が形成されることを特徴とする車両のシート用乗員荷重センサ。 - 請求項1において、
前記各歪ゲージ板の中央部には、複数の端子が前記起歪体の長手方向と垂直方向に並んで突設され、該各端子が前記FPC基板に配設されたターミナルでハンダ付けされることにより、前記各歪ゲージ板と前記FPC基板とが接続され、
前記配線パターンは、前記各端子から前記起歪体の長手方向両側に形成され、前記起歪体の長手方向と垂直方向に伸びることを特徴とする車両のシート用乗員荷重センサ。 - 請求項1又は請求項2において、前記配線パターンの幅は、長さに比例していることを特徴とする車両のシート用乗員荷重センサ。
