Abstract

Claims (5)
- 電気駆動システムであって、
電力源と、
電力源に動作的に連結され、かつパワー出力を生産するように構成された発電機と、
供給パワーを貯蔵するように構成された少なくとも1つのコンデンサと、
パワー出力をコンデンサに導くように構成された共通バスと、
共通バスからパワーを受け取るように構成された少なくとも1つのモータと、
少なくとも1つのモータと発電機と連通した制御装置であって、少なくとも1つの入力の関数として要求モータ電力を決定するために、また発電機を作動して要求モータ電力を生産するために、モータと関連付けられた少なくとも1つの入力を受け取るように構成された制御装置と、
を備える電気駆動システム。 - 共通バスの電圧レベルを測定するように構成された電圧センサをさらに含み、少なくとも1つのコンデンサが、上限電圧と下限電圧とを含む所望の電圧範囲を有し、また電圧レベルが下限電圧未満に低下したときに、制御装置が発電機を作動してパワー出力率を増加させ、電圧レベルが上限電圧を超えたときにパワー出力率を低下させる、請求項1に記載の電気駆動システム。
- 要求モータ電力の低減が確認されたときに共通バスからパワーを散逸させるように構成された抵抗グリッド回路をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電気駆動システム。
- 電気駆動部を作動する方法であって、
発電機に連結された電力源を作動してパワー出力を生産するステップと、
共通バスを介して発電機に連結された少なくとも1つのコンデンサ内にパワーを貯蔵するステップと、
共通バスから少なくとも1つのモータにパワーを導くステップと、
少なくとも1つのモータと関連付けられた少なくとも1つの入力を受け取るステップと、
少なくとも1つの入力の関数として要求モータ電力を決定するステップと、
発電機を作動して要求モータ電力を生産するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 作業機械であって、
ハウジングと、
ハウジングを支持するように構成された少なくとも1つの牽引装置と、
電気駆動システムであって、
電力源と、
電力源に動作的に連結され、かつパワー出力を生産するように構成された発電機と、
供給パワーを貯蔵するように構成された少なくとも1つのコンデンサと、
パワー出力をコンデンサに導くように構成された共通バスと、
共通バスからパワーを受け取って、少なくとも1つの牽引装置を駆動するように構成された少なくとも1つのモータと、
少なくとも1つのモータと発電機と連通した制御装置であって、少なくとも1つの入力の関数として要求モータ電力を決定するために、また発電機を作動して要求モータ電力を生産するために、モータと関連付けられた少なくとも1つの入力を受け取るように構成された制御装置と、
を含む電気駆動システムと、
を備える作業機械。
