Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電力供給装置において、 可変電圧出力及び電流電気出力の少なくとも一方を与えるように構成された少 なくとも1つの制御可能な可制御電源と、 前記少なくとも1つの可制御電源の前記可変電圧又は電流電気出力から、前記 電源の電気出力の変動に実質的に独立した、中間直流出力を発生するデカップリ ング変換手段と、 前記中間直流出力から、時間的変動負荷に供給する交流又は直流出力を発生す る出力手段と、 前記少なくとも1つの可制御電源の前記電圧出力及び電流出力の少なくとも一 方並びに前記中間直流出力を監視し、これらに対応する出力信号を発生するセン サ手段と、 前記出力信号に応答し、前記少なくとも1つの可制御電源の動作を制御し、前 記電源の電力出力を動的に変動させることによって、前記時間的変動負荷が必要 とする電力を供給する制御手段と からなることを特徴とする電力供給装置。 2.請求項1記載の電力供給装置において、前記可制御電源が、燃料電池、水 力発電機、風力タービン、ガス・タービン/発電機、又は非電気入力から電気出 力を発生するその他の機器であることを特徴とする電力供給装置。 3.請求項1記載の電力供給装置において、前記可制御電源が、エンジンと、 前記デカップリング変換手段に可変電圧出力を与える発電機とを備えることを特 徴とする電力供給装置。 4.請求項3記載の電力供給装置において、前記発電機が、可変電圧、可変周 波数の交流出力を前記デカップリング変換手段に与えるAC発電機であり、前記 装置が、前記発電機の交流出力を整流する整流手段を含み、前記デカップリング 変換手段が、前記整流された出力を、基準電圧に関して制御される電圧を有する 中間直流出力に変換するDC−DC変換器を備えることを特徴とする電力供給装 置。 5.請求項4記載の電力供給装置において、前記制御手段が、前記変換手段の 前記中間直流出力及び/又は前記可制御電源の負荷状態を監視し、前記負荷状態 が所定の値を超過した場合、前記エンジンの速度を上昇させるためのセンサ手段 を含むことを特徴とする電力供給装置。 6.請求項5記載の電力供給装置において、前記制御手段が、所定のレベルに おいてあるいは所定の範囲内において、前記可制御電源から引き出される電流を 維持するように動作し、前記センサ手段が、前記変換手段の前記中間直流出力に おける出力電圧を監視し、前記中間直流出力の電圧が第1の電圧スレシホルド未 満に降下した場合、前記エンジンの速度を上昇させて前記変換手段に供給する電 力を増大させるための電圧センサを備えることを特徴とする電力供給装置。 7.請求項5記載の電力供給装置において、前記制御手段が、前記中間直流出 力の電圧をほぼ一定に維持するように動作し、前記センサ手段が、前記可制御電 源からの電流を監視し、前記可制御電源からの電流が第1の電流スレシホルドを 超過した場合、前記エンジンの速度を上昇させ前記変換手段に供給する電力を増 大させるための電流センサを備えることを特徴とする電力供給装置。 8.請求項6又は請求項7記載の電力供給装置において、該装置は、前記中間 直流電圧により充電され、前記中間直流出力の電圧が公称値未満に低下した場合 、前記中間直流出力にエネルギを放電するように構成された少なくとも1つの第 1のエネルギ蓄積手段を含むことを特徴とする電力供給装置。 9.請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の電力供給装置であって、負担がかかる補 助負荷の前記出力手段への接続を検出し、該補助負荷への電力の供給を制御する ことにより、前記出力手段の過負荷状態を防止するための補助負荷制御手段を含 むことを特徴とする電力供給装置。 10.請求項8記載の電力供給装置において、該装置は、少なくとも第2のエ ネルギ蓄積手段と、前記変換手段の前記中間直流出力から前記第2のエネルギ蓄 積手段を充電するように構成された充電回路と、前記中間直流出力電圧が前記第 1の電圧スレシホルドよりも低い第2の電圧スレシホルド未満に降下した場合、 前記第1のエネルギ蓄積手段と並列に、前記第2のエネルギ蓄積手段を放電する ように構成された放電回路とを含むことを特徴とする電力供給装置。 11.請求項10記載の電力供給装置において、該装置は、第3のエネルギ蓄 積手段と、電源から前記第3のエネルギ蓄積手段に充電するように構成された充 電回路と、前記第2のエネルギ蓄積手段が少なくとも部分的に放電した後、前記 第1及び第2のエネルギ蓄積手段と並列に、前記第3のエネルギ蓄積手段を放電 するように構成された補助変換手段とを含むことを特徴とする電力供給手段。 12.請求項11記載の電力供給装置において、前記第1及び第2のエネルギ 蓄積機器がコンデンサであり、前記第3のエネルギ蓄積機器が電池であることを 特徴とする電力供給装置。 13.請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の電力供給装置において、該装置は、前 記エンジン/発電機の速度を監視し、それに関係する速度出力信号を発生する速 度センサと、前記速度出力信号から電力信号を発生する関数発生手段とを備え、 前記電力信号が、前記エンジンの電力/速度特性を表し、前記制御手段が該電力 信号を利用して前記エンジンの動作を最適化することを特徴とする電力供給装置 。 14.請求項13記載の電力供給装置において、該装置は、周囲圧力及び温度 を監視し、圧力出力信号及び温度出力信号をそれぞれ発生する周囲圧力及び温度 センサを含み、更に、周囲動作圧力及び温度の変動を補償するエンジン・ディレ ーティング特性を備えた出力を発生する各圧力及び温度関数発生器を含むことを 特徴とする電力供給装置。 15.請求項13記載の電力供給装置において、該装置は、前記エンジンの排 気温度を監視し、排気温度出力信号を発生するように構成された排気温度センサ と、前記速度出力信号から排気温度/速度−負荷特性信号を発生する排気温度関 数発生器と、前記排気温度出力信号と前記排気温度/速度−負荷特性信号との差 から誤差信号を発生し、これによって前記エンジン排気温度に影響を与える要因 を補償するコントローラとを含むことを特徴とする電力供給装置。 16.図示した実施形態のいずれか1つを参照して明細書に記載された電力供 給装置。
