Abstract
Una composición de agente ignífugo que comprende lo siguiente: un fosfato metálico intercalado con triazina, con al menos una unidad monomérica de la siguiente fórmula general (I): (A-H)a (+)[Mb m+(H2PO4)x1 (-)(HPO4)x2 2(-)(PO4)x3 3(-)(PO3)y (-)](a-)*pH2O (I) donde (A-H)(+) es un derivado de triazina de la siguiente fórmula (II-1), (II-2) o (II-3): **Fórmula** cada M es, de manera independiente, Cu, Mg, Ca, Zn, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, TiO, ZrO, VO, B, Si, Al, Sb, La, Ti, Zr, Ce o Sn; a vale de 1 a 6, b vale de 1 a 14, m >= de 1 a 4, x1, x2, x3, y >= de 0 a 12, donde al menos una de las variables x1, x2, x3 > 0 y p >= de 0 a 5, donde: a + mb >= x1 + 2x2 + 3x3 + y; y donde: a) el monómero (i) comprende ligandos de orto o meta y pirofosfato o (ii) ligandos de trifosfato; o b) donde x1 > 0.

REIVINDICACIONES
1. Una composición de agente ignífugo que comprende lo siguiente: un fosfato metálico intercalado con triazina, con al menos una unidad monomérica de la siguiente fórmula general (I):
(A-H)a(+)[Mbm+(H2PO4)x1(")(HPO4)x22(")(PO4)x33(")(PO3)yHf-)*pH2O (I)
donde (A-H)(+) es un derivado de triazina de la siguiente fórmula (II-1), (II-2) o (II-3):
Melam (II-2),
Melem (II-3),
cada M es, de manera independiente, Cu, Mg, Ca, Zn, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, TiO, ZrO, VO, B, Si, Al, Sb, La, Ti, Zr, Ce o Sn;
a vale de 1 a 6, b vale de 1 a 14, m = de 1 a 4,
x-i, x2, x3, y = de 0 a 12, donde al menos una de las variables x-i, x2, x3 > 0 y p = de 0 a 5, donde: a + mb = x1 + 2x2 + 3x3 + y; y donde:
a) el monómero (i) comprende ligandos de orto o meta y pirofosfato o (ii) ligandos de trifosfato; o
b) donde x1 > 0.
2. Fosfato metálico intercalado con triazina según la reivindicación 1a), donde y > x3.
3. Fosfato metálico intercalado con triazina según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque M es = Zn, Mg o Al.
4. Un uso de la composición según la reivindicación 1 como agente ignífugo en un polímero, papel, textiles o materiales compuestos de madera y material sintético.

Uso según la reivindicación 4, donde el polímero es termoplástico, preferiblemente seleccionado del grupo consistente en poliamida, policarbonato, poliolefina, poliestireno, poliéster, poli(cloruro de vinilo), poli(alcohol vinílico), ABS y poliuretano, o es un termoendurecible, preferiblemente seleccionado del grupo consistente en resina epoxídica, resina fenólica y resina de melamina.
5 6. Un procedimiento para preparar los fosfatos metálicos intercalados con triazina según la reivindicación 1, donde el
procedimiento comprende lo siguiente: a) reacción directa de fosfatos metálicos ácidos acuosos con melamina para formar un precursor hidratado; y b) tratamiento térmico posterior opcional para eliminar agua complejada y formar un producto deshidratado.
7. Procedimiento según la reivindicación 6, donde el tratamiento térmico comprende calentar el precursor a 280 °C 10 durante 5-6 horas.
