Claims (9)
- Procédé pour fabriquer une tige de chaussure (1) d'une chaussure, en particulier d'une chaussure de sport, comportant les étapes suivantes:a) mise à disposition d'au moins un moule de chaussure (2), qui correspond à la forme intérieure de la tige de chaussure à fabriquer (1);b) mise à disposition d'un métier à tresser radial (3) avec un cantre annulaire (4), qui est conçu pour l'exécution du procédé de tissage ou de tressage triaxial;c) guidage dudit au moins un moule de chaussure (2) à travers le centre (5) du cantre (4) et exécution simultanée du processus de tissage ou de tressage triaxial avec un matériau fibreux, de telle manière que le matériau tissé ou tressé s'applique sur la périphérie extérieure du moule de chaussure (2);d) après le passage dudit au moins un moule de chaussure (2) à travers le centre (5) du cantre (4): fin du processus de tissage ou de tressage et enlèvement du matériau tissé ou tressé du moule de chaussure (2);e) finition du matériau tissé ou tressé en une chaussure terminée,dans lequel ledit au moins un moule de chaussure (2) est disposé directement ou indirectement à l'extrémité d'un bras de robot (6) d'un appareil de manutention (7) et le moule de chaussure (2) est guidé au moyen de l'appareil de manutention (7) lors de l'exécution de l'étape c).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'exécution de l'étape c) selon la revendication 1, une doublure intérieure est disposée sur le moule de chaussure (2), laquelle est ensuite enveloppée par le matériau tissé ou tressé formé suivant l'étape c) selon la revendication 1.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on produit la doublure intérieure, par le fait que le moule de chaussure (2) est guidé à travers le centre (5) du cantre (4) et que le processus de tissage ou de tressage triaxial est exécuté en même temps, dans lequel on utilise un autre matériau fibreux, en particulier un matériau plus doux, que lors de l'exécution de l'étape c) selon la revendication 1.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on fait varier le degré de densité du matériau tissé ou tressé sur la direction longitudinale (L) du moule de chaussure (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on fait varier le degré de densité, par le fait que l'on fait varier la vitesse de passage du moule de chaussure (2) à travers le centre (5) du cantre (4) et/ou on fait varier la vitesse de rotation du cantre (4) ou de ses bobines.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'enlèvement du matériau tissé du moule de chaussure (2) selon l'étape d) de la revendication 1, on asperge le matériau tissé ou tressé avec un fluide de fixation, qui procure une liaison adhésive entre les fibres individuelles.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs moules de chaussure (2) sont disposés l'un derrière l'autre dans la direction longitudinale (L) de la chaussure, dans lequel on conduit les multiples moules de chaussure (2) sans interruption du processus de tissage ou de tressage à travers le centre (5) du cantre (4).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la finition du matériau tissé ou tressé selon l'étape e) de la revendication 1 comprend au moins une application, en particulier un collage, d'une semelle (8) sur le côté inférieur du matériau tissé ou tressé de la tige de chaussure (1).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme matériau fibreux pour la fabrication de la tige de chaussure (1) un matériau qui est une fibre de carbone, une fibre de verre ou une fibre synthétique ou qui présente une de celles-ci.
