Abstract
一種圓管針織鞋之製法包含下列步驟:(A)準備一圓管,該圓管包括一本體,該本體界定出一位於前端的第一開口,及一位於後端的第二開口;(B)封閉該第一開口並於該本體的前側形成一前接合部,同時一併裁除該本體位於該前接合部前側的部份;(C)於該本體的底側裁切出一橢圓形缺口,接著封閉該缺口,形成一底接合部,如此即形成一端封閉的圓管鞋面;(D)準備一具有立體挺性的泡棉鞋套,將該泡棉鞋套套入一鞋楦頭;(E)將該圓管鞋面黏接於該泡棉鞋套外側,如此即形成一針織鞋面;(F)將該鞋楦頭連同該針織鞋面送入一烘箱烘烤;(G)自烘箱取出該鞋楦頭、該針織鞋面,將一鞋底黏貼於該針織鞋面的底側,接著將該針織鞋面移除該鞋楦頭。如此即形成圓管針織鞋成品。
Description
本發明是有關於一種針織鞋,特別是指一種圓管針織鞋的製法。
近年來,針織鞋逐漸取代以塑料皮革鞋面製成的鞋子而成為主流,相較於傳統的鞋子來說,針織鞋能提供更佳的穿著舒適感,不會有使用者的足部受到大面積壓迫及摩擦而產生不舒適的問題,漸漸受到消費者喜愛,目前市面上的針織鞋的外層鞋面主要是以平面編織機製作,然而,以平面編織機製作外層鞋面的製程由於織縫的部件形狀較複雜且多變,因此整體的製程速度較慢,此外,由於平面編織機的造價昂貴,使得這類製程的製造成本也較高。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種製作速度較快且製造成本較低的圓管針織鞋製法。
於是,本發明圓管針織鞋之製法包含下列步驟:
(A)準備一圓管,該圓管包括一本體,該本體界定出一位於前端的第一開口,及一位於後端的第二開口。
(B)封閉該第一開口並於該本體的前側形成一前接合部,同時一併裁除該本體位於該前接合部前側的部份。
(C)於該本體的底側裁切出一橢圓形缺口,接著封閉該缺口,形成一底接合部,如此即形成一端封閉的圓管鞋面。
(D)準備一具有立體挺性的泡棉鞋套,該泡棉鞋套界定出一具有一穿入口的容置空間,且由內而外依序設有一內裡層、一泡棉層,及一外布層,將該泡棉鞋套套入一鞋楦頭。
(E)將該圓管鞋面黏接於該泡棉鞋套外側,如此即形成一針織鞋面。
(F)將該鞋楦頭連同該針織鞋面送入一烘箱烘烤。
(G)自烘箱取出該鞋楦頭、該針織鞋面,將一鞋底黏貼於該針織鞋面的底側,接著將該針織鞋面移除該鞋楦頭。
本發明之功效在於:相較於現有針織鞋的外層鞋面大多是使用平面編織機經多道工序製作出形狀較複雜的部件後再經縫合塑形,本發明利用一圓管針織機製作該圓管,由於針織出的圓管形狀為圓筒狀,可以輕易且快速的織出,且後續僅需簡單的車縫裁剪即可完成針織鞋的外層鞋面,可以有效減少一雙針織鞋所需的製作時間,且由於設備的造價較便宜,因此也能有效降低製造成本,使製作出的產品能更具市場競爭力。
在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
如圖1所示,本發明圓管針織鞋之製法的一第一實施例,包含下列步驟:
步驟S100:配合參閱圖2、3,準備一圓管1,該圓管1包括一本體11,該本體11界定出一位於前端的第一開口111,及一位於後端的第二開口112。
步驟S200:配合參閱圖2、4,用車縫的方式封閉該第一開口111,於該本體11的前側形成一由車縫線構成的前接合部113,同時一併裁除該本體11位於該前接合部113前側的部份,以俯視觀之,該前接合部113概呈一半圓形,該前接合部113概呈半圓形的形狀是為了配合使用者腳掌的腳指前緣的形狀。
步驟S300:配合參閱圖2、5、6,於該本體11的底側裁切出一橢圓形缺口110,接著以車縫的方式封閉該缺口110,形成一由車縫線構成的底接合部114,即形成一端封閉的圓管鞋面1’,藉此,可使該前接合部113的位置下移而更貼近底側,便於後續遮蔽隱藏該前接合部113,且形成該底接合部114還可收束該圓管鞋面1’的前緣,使後續所製成的針織鞋更貼合於使用者的前腳掌部,外型也更加美觀。
步驟S400:配合參閱圖7,準備一具有立體挺性的泡棉鞋套2,該泡棉鞋套2界定出一具有一穿入口211的容置空間21,且由內而外依序設有一內裡層22、一泡棉層23,及一外布層24,各層之間是利用接著劑25(見圖10)黏接在一起,該泡棉層23的厚度為1~5 mm,該泡棉鞋套2的製作方式是將該內裡層22、該泡棉層23,及該外布層24利用接著劑25黏接成一體後,再配合一鞋楦頭Ⅰ的形狀裁剪成二片狀結構並對接車縫,形成該泡棉鞋套2後,再將該泡棉鞋套2套入該鞋楦頭Ⅰ。
步驟S500:配合參閱圖8,於該泡棉鞋套2的外側塗上一層接著劑25(圖未示),將該圓管鞋面1’黏接於該泡棉鞋套2外側,如此即形成一針織鞋面3。
步驟S600:將該鞋楦頭Ⅰ(圖未示)連同該針織鞋面3送入一烘箱(圖未示)烘烤,烘烤溫度介於100~180℃之間,藉此烘乾該泡棉鞋套2與該圓管鞋面1’間的接著劑25。
步驟S700:自該烘箱取出該鞋楦頭Ⅰ、該針織鞋面3,將一鞋底4黏貼於該針織鞋面3的底側,接著將該針織鞋面3移除該鞋楦頭Ⅰ(圖未示),並將一鞋墊5置入該容置空間21內(見圖10)。
步驟S800:配合參閱圖8至10,車縫一接合條6於該針織鞋面3鄰近該穿入口211的一端緣31,以防止鄰近該穿入口211部份的該泡棉鞋套2與該圓管鞋面1’有分離的情形,同時達到美觀的效果,如此即可得到本發明圓管針織鞋。
由於該圓管1為圓筒狀,形狀簡單可以使用圓管針織機快速的製作,且後續僅需簡單的車縫裁剪即可完成針織鞋的外層鞋面,即該圓管鞋面1’,接著再套入該泡棉鞋套2以及黏貼鞋底3等步驟,即可完成圓管針織鞋的製作,相較於目前使用平面編織機來製作針織鞋的外層鞋面,需要多道工序且複雜度也較高來說,本發明使用圓管針織機來製作外層鞋面能夠有效縮短整體的製程時間,且由於圓管針織機的造價相對平面編織機更加便宜,因此更能大幅減少針織鞋的製造成本,製造成本可以減少50%以上。使製造出的針織鞋更具市場的價格競爭力。
如圖11所示,本發明圓管針織鞋之製法的一第二實施例,包含下列步驟:
步驟S100-S400與該第一實施例相同。
步驟S500:配合參閱圖12,於該泡棉鞋套2的外側塗上一層接著劑25(圖未示),將一透溼防水套7黏接固定於該泡棉鞋套2的外側,該透溼防水套7的防水度不小於3000 mm H
2O的靜水壓,透溼度不小於3000 g/m
2/24hr。
步驟S600:於該透溼防水套7的外側塗上一層接著劑25(圖未示),將該圓管鞋面1’黏接於該透溼防水套7與該泡棉鞋套2外側,如此即形成該針織鞋面3。
步驟S700:將該鞋楦頭Ⅰ(圖未示)連同該針織鞋面3送入一烘箱(圖未示)烘烤,烘烤溫度介於100~180℃之間,藉此烘乾該泡棉鞋套2、該透溼防水套7與該圓管鞋面1’間的接著劑25。
步驟S800:自該烘箱取出該鞋楦頭Ⅰ、該針織鞋面3,將一鞋底4黏貼於該針織鞋面3的底側,接著將該針織鞋面3移除該鞋楦頭Ⅰ(圖未示),並將該鞋墊5置入該容置空間21內。
步驟S900:配合參閱圖12,車縫一接合條6於該針織鞋面3鄰近該穿入口211的一端緣31,以防止鄰近該穿入口211部份的該泡棉鞋套2與該圓管鞋面1’有分離的情形,同時達到美觀的效果,如此即可得到本發明圓管針織鞋。
步驟S1000:配合參閱圖13,準備一束緊單元8,該束緊單元8包括二束緊片81,及三分別連接於該等束緊片81之間的束緊條82,每一束緊片81具有一連接端部811,及一自由端部812,該等束緊條82分別連接於該等束緊片81的自由端部812,將該等束緊片81的連接端部811以黏接的方式分別固定於該鞋底4的兩側。
如此,該第二實施例也能達到與該第一實施例相同的功效,此外,更具有透溼防水的效果。
綜上所述,本發明圓管針織鞋之製法不僅可縮短製程時間,且能降低製造成本,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

本發明之其他的特徵及功效,將於參照圖式的實施方式中清楚地呈現,其中: 圖1是本發明圓管針織鞋之製法的一第一實施例的一流程圖; 圖2是該第一實施例的一部份流程示意圖; 圖3是該第一實施例的一圓管的一立體圖; 圖4是該第一實施例的一作動示意圖,說明於該圓管的一本體前側形成一前接合部; 圖5是該第一實施例的另一作動示意圖,說明於該本體底側形成一底接合部,即形成一圓管鞋面; 圖6是該第一實施例的該圓管鞋面的一側視圖; 圖7是一立體分解示意圖,說明該第一實施例的一泡棉鞋套; 圖8是該第一實施例的又一作動示意圖,說明該圓管鞋面套設於一泡棉鞋套形成一針織鞋面,一鞋底黏貼於該針織鞋面底側; 圖9是以該第一實施例所製得的一圓管針織鞋的一立體圖; 圖10是該圓管針織鞋的一剖視示意圖; 圖11是本發明圓管針織鞋之製法的一第二實施例的一流程圖; 圖12是該第二實施例的一作動示意圖,說明該圓管鞋面套設於該泡棉鞋套形成該針織鞋面,該鞋底黏貼於該針織鞋面底側;及 圖13是以該第二實施例所製得的一圓管針織鞋的一立體圖。
Claims (10)
- 一種圓管針織鞋之製法,包含下列步驟:(A)準備一圓管,該圓管包括一本體,該本體界定出一位於前端的第一開口,及一位於後端的第二開口;(B)封閉該第一開口並於該本體的前側形成一前接合部,同時一併裁除該本體位於該前接合部前側的部份;(C)於該本體的底側裁切出一橢圓形缺口,接著封閉該缺口,形成一底接合部,如此即形成一端封閉的圓管鞋面;(D)準備一具有立體挺性的泡棉鞋套,該泡棉鞋套界定出一具有一穿入口的容置空間,且由內而外依序設有一內裡層、一泡棉層,及一外布層,將該泡棉鞋套套入一鞋楦頭;(E)將該圓管鞋面黏接於該泡棉鞋套外側,如此即形成一針織鞋面;(F)將該鞋楦頭連同該針織鞋面送入一烘箱烘烤;及(G)自烘箱取出該鞋楦頭、該針織鞋面,將一鞋底黏貼於該針織鞋面的底側,接著將該針織鞋面移除該鞋楦頭。
- 如請求項1所述的圓管針織鞋之製法,還包含一在該步驟E之前的步驟H:於該泡棉鞋套的外側塗上一層接著劑,將一透溼防水套黏接固定於該泡棉鞋套的外側,再於該透溼防水套外側塗上一層接著劑,俾後續供該圓管鞋面黏接。
- 如請求項1或2所述的圓管針織鞋之製法,還包含一在該步驟G之後的步驟I:設置一接合條於該針織鞋面鄰近該穿入口的一端緣。
- 如請求項2所述的圓管針織鞋之製法,還包含一在該步驟H之後的步驟J:準備一束緊單元,該束緊單元包括二束緊片,及數分別連接於該等束緊片之間的束緊條,每一束緊片具有一連接端部,及一自由端部,該等束緊條分別連接於該等束緊片的自由端部,將該等束緊片的連接端部分別固定於該鞋底。
- 如請求項1所述的圓管針織鞋之製法,其中,以俯視觀之,該前接合部概呈一半圓形。
- 如請求項1所述的圓管針織鞋之製法,其中,該步驟F中烘箱的烘烤溫度介於100~180℃之間。
- 如請求項1所述的圓管針織鞋之製法,其中,該泡棉層的厚度為1~5mm。
- 如請求項1所述的圓管針織鞋之製法,其中,該步驟G還包括:將一鞋墊置入該容置空間內。
- 如請求項1所述的圓管針織鞋之製法,其中,該步驟D中的該內裡層、該泡棉層,及該外布層是利用接著劑黏接成一體。
- 如請求項9所述的圓管針織鞋之製法,其中,該內裡層、該泡棉層,及該外布層黏接成一體後,再配合該鞋楦頭的形狀裁剪成二片狀結構並對接車縫,形成該泡棉鞋套。
