Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif pour le remplacement d'une série (7, 8, 22) de cylindres de travail au niveau d'une cage de laminage (4) dans un hall de laminage (1) avec une fosse (10) de remplacement de cylindres et une plate-forme de déplacement transversal (23), la plate-forme de déplacement transversal (23) présentant :
    plusieurs galets de roulement (24) avec lesquels la plate-forme de déplacement transversal (23) peut être déplacée à l'aide d'un vérin hydraulique (28) sur des rails (26) disposés parallèlement et des deux côtés de la fosse (10) de remplacement des cylindres, dans le sens du laminage ou dans le sens opposé, caractérisé
    en ce que la plate-forme de déplacement transversal (23) est constituée par un simple pont et est réalisée pour recevoir une série (7, 8) de cylindres de travail démontée ainsi qu'une nouvelle série (22) de cylindres de travail parallèlement l'une à côté de l' autre ; et
    en ce que la plate-forme de déplacement transversal (23) est réalisée avec ses galets de roulement (24) et dans sa longueur de manière telle que, d'une part, elle recouvre la fosse de remplacement des cylindres pendant l'enlèvement de la série de cylindres de travail utilisée de la cage (4) et elle repose des deux côtés de la fosse (10) de remplacement des cylindres sur les rails (26) et que d'autre part, elle peut reposer, lors du déplacement latéral, sur la fosse (10) de remplacement des cylindres, pour libérer celle-ci, seulement sur un côté de la fosse (10) de remplacement des cylindres sur les rails (26).
  2. Plate-forme de déplacement transversal selon la revendication 1, caractérisée
    en ce que la plate-forme de déplacement transversal (23) est réalisée de manière à pouvoir se déplacer sur deux rails (26) disposés parallèlement.
  3. Plate-forme de déplacement transversal selon la revendication 2, caractérisée
    en ce que la plate-forme de déplacement transversal (23) est réalisée avec deux séries présentant à chaque fois six galets de roulement (24).
  4. Plate-forme de déplacement transversal selon la revendication 3, caractérisée
    en ce que les galets de roulement (24) sont réalisés en étant fixés dans des paliers axiaux à double rangée.
  5. Plate-forme de déplacement transversal selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée
    en ce que la plate-forme de déplacement transversal (23) est réalisée sous forme de construction d'acier.
