Definitions
- the invention relates to a kit according to the preamble of claim 1.
- DE 34 21 107 A discloses a gable roof made up of modular elements. This has plate-shaped components that can be arranged on both sides of the ridge which form the roof area. One component has at least one cover plate, rafters are arranged on the underside of the rafters. The Rafters of two opposing components are in the area of their ridge-side Ends hinged together so that there is a collapsible Roof construction results.
- EP 0 103 333 discloses a gable roof constructed from plate elements. This has plate-shaped components which can be arranged on both sides of the ridge, which form the roof area. A breakthrough for a roof window can be made in a component be provided.
- a component has at least one cover plate, on the underside thereof a purlin running parallel to the ridge or eaves is arranged. At both A purlin is received in each end in a U-shaped support, the is attached to a strip running in the eaves direction. The lasts are on attached to the gable walls or rafters.
- a disadvantage of the known designs is the fact that all components in length and width have to be manufactured specifically for the respective roof.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of creating a kit which only a few components are adapted to the actual length and width of the roof Need to become.
- the Edge support parts in width are made in the factory so that the edge support parts have a distance from each other when installed on the roof, the corresponds to a grid dimension.
- both edge support parts are the same Width made.
- they are Unified building dimensions. Because of these conditions, too the lengths of the roofs and thus the lengths of the supporting parts and the cover parts relative uniformly. Insignificant differences can also be caused by different roof overhangs be balanced.
- the width is one Series support part equal to an integer fraction of the width of a series cover part.
- Standard load-bearing parts are preferably 6 m long and 1.20 m wide. This results in a grid dimension for the width of the area between the edge support parts of 1.20 m, whereby by further series support parts of, for example, 90 cm and 60 cm wide, an even narrower grid size of 30 cm can be achieved. It goes without saying that when fitting Width of the roof also standard support parts as edge support parts can be used.
- the length of the free area between the supporting parts is determined by the difference between their length and the sum of the lengths of eaves cover part, ridge cover part and series cover part or Series cover parts determined. To possibly a remaining one To close the gap, a compensating cover part with the uniform width of the grid size and individual adapted length can be provided.
- edge support parts in their width and that Compensating cover part in its length to the individual Adjust dimensions of the roof while the rest Large quantities of components with uniform dimensions can be produced.
- width the eaves cover part, the ridge cover part, the Compensating cover part and the series cover part is always the same.
- a preferred series cover is 1.20 m long and 3.60 m wide. It is understood that in the first eaves direction several Series cover parts can be joined together, and that a Standard cover part also as eaves cover part or as ridge cover part can be used.
- a supporting part has at least one in the first eaves direction trending carrier, the support part a high Flexural rigidity gives.
- the carrier can for example be made of Steel exist and as a truss or as an I-profile Breakthroughs in the web to save weight. Around not to impair the aesthetic appearance of the supporting parts, the carrier can be chambered.
- the cover parts are self-supporting and are from supported the supporting parts.
- the deck parts can be similar to the supporting parts have carriers, which in this case are parallel to the eaves or to the ridge and the execution of enable very wide self-supporting cover parts.
- the arrangement of beams which the support or cover parts not towering, enables a smooth formation of the Area of the roof substructure facing the interior of the roof. This results in a low component height and thus an additional gain in space.
- kits in Support elements that can be laid in the first eaves direction, which are self-supporting are trained and the load of the roof on purlins transferred, and self-supporting attached to the supporting parts Has cover parts. It goes without saying that with a very wide roof with more than one section with standard cover parts between these at least one series support part is to be provided.
- the abutting edges of the components can be butted together, with a step fold with projection / recess or with one Tongue-and-groove connection. Between the components a seal is provided, particularly in the area of An airtight and rainproof seal on the top of the components.
- the seal can, for example, as a separate elastic Sealing strips, preferably made of neoprene or the like, or as applied to the abutting surfaces of the components Coating made of permanently elastic material.
- roof space Series cover part be provided with a roof system part, for example with a dormer window, a skylight, a Chimney outlet, a ventilation element, a solar module or similar. Because of the standardization it is too possible, a built-in series cover part at a later date against another series cover with a special Replace roof system part. For example, with a later expansion of the attic a closed Series cover part against such with a skylight or can be replaced with a dormer window.
- a cover with a skylight, one Chimney opening or a ventilation element can be narrower be designed as a series cover part, for example in half width, and there may be special fitting cover parts on the side be provided in particular the position of a Chimney outlet of the position of the chimney in the building to adapt exactly.
- the components of the kit can be monolithic from one castable material such as concrete. A very easy execution of the components results when they are made a geopolymer material, made of lightweight concrete or Foam concrete are made.
- the plate-shaped components of the kit be sandwiched with facings and one intermediate sound and / or thermal insulation layer.
- Top layer can for example chipboard or Lightweight concrete slabs are used.
- Around to facilitate the expansion of the roof interior Cover layer facing the roof interior already at the factory be made up, for example by a coat of paint Coating or cladding.
- a precisely fitting assembly of the kit is achieved if it is in Another embodiment of the invention also at least one in Eaves area that can be laid on the purlin part on which the Supporting parts can be supported on the eaves side.
- the supporting parts can at their first-sided ends be hinged together so that it is sufficient if two parts of the purlin for a gable roof be relocated.
- the Kit additionally at least one in the ridge area parallel to the Has ridge purlin part that can be installed, on which the plate-shaped supporting parts can be fastened on the ridge side. in the the latter case, the supporting parts on their ridge-side ends to be mitred so that they butt in the ridge area.
- Ridge area is a ridge element that is wedge-shaped in cross section be laid that connects the supporting parts with each other and seals the gap between them.
- the ridge element can also be a support for on-hook Form ridge pans.
- the number and arrangement of the purlin parts the kit is generally not limited and depends on the Shape of the roof. For example, the kit for a Compound pent roof four or more purlin parts exhibit.
- the purlin parts of the kit can be solid, for example made of steel, concrete, wood or composite material. A very light, yet stable design results if a purlin part is designed as a hollow profile.
- This Training offers the additional advantage that lines for Electricity, gas, water, exhaust gas or the like within the Purlin parts can be laid.
- the purlin parts can have different cross sections be trained. So can be installed in the ridge area Ridge purlin part, for example, a triangular one Have the appropriate cross-section of the roof pitch. However, the cross section of the purlin parts is advantageous round, so that the supporting parts are laid in the first eaves direction with different roof pitches always tangent to the Purlin parts can be put on.
- a purlin part can for example, be tubular and have rows of holes have elongated holes extending in the circumferential direction.
- the supporting part can extend at right angles from its inner surface Have connecting elements, for example screw bolts, which can be introduced into the elongated holes of the purlin part, so that a screw connection of the support part to the purlin part is possible.
- the rest on the purlin part is preferably under Intermediate layer of spacer elements, so that ridge and Eaves cover part do not rest on the purlin part, but are supported only on the supporting parts.
- the Spacer can be attached to the plate-shaped component attachable flat top and one of the curvature of the Part of the purlin correspondingly concave underside exhibit.
- the kit in a further embodiment of the invention has gable parts which according to the cross-sectional profile of the roof to be manufactured are shaped.
- the gable part can be used for a simple gable roof For example, as the front view triangular the gable precast element. To transport a heavy and large-sized gable part the gable part can be assembled from individual segments. The gable part can already have windows, for example with a large triangular gable window. Depending on the arrangement and number of windows, the gable part can be designed like a truss.
- the gable part can for example, be shaped so that it Cross-sectional profile for a composite pent roof or a Mansard roof pretends.
- the kit can be installed in the Front view of triangular hip gable part that have bevelled accordingly on its underside to the hip inclination is, so that a flat support on the ceiling or on the gable wall of the building is possible.
- a hipped roof in the top view between the one starting from the ridge end Fall line, the eaves and the ridge a triangular edge has, it is advantageous if triangular first in the kit Fitting cover parts are provided, each covering the surface Fill between the edge support part and the hip gable part.
- the rectangular edge support part is based on Fitting point of the roof mounted.
- the kit can be used for a half-hipped roof Front view roughly triangular with a sloping towards the ridge angled tip made of crippled whale gable part and have trapezoidal second fitting cover parts, each the area between the edge support part and the crippled whale gable part fill in, because in this case too, the rectangular Edge support part mounted starting from the point of attack of the roof.
- the purlin parts are self-supporting and at their ends are connectable to the gable parts so that they cover the entire Load of the roof transferred to the building.
- the gable parts on the partitions of each Row houses are placed so that the building of the Gable does not apply. It is similar with the renovation of Old buildings, because the partitions between neighboring buildings are usually designed as fire protection walls stronger than that Eaves walls.
- the gable parts can each with anchors or angles and then through the Purlin parts are stiffened.
- a purlin part is designed so that it the direction resulting from the support of the supporting parts Force component acting on the eaves as shear force can.
- About the connection of the purlin part with the Gables are the forces on the gable in question transfer. This is the weight of the roof corresponding vertical force component over the gable parts led into the gable walls, so that the eaves-side walls of the building remain free of loads from the roof. Therefore, the eaves side can be on a load-bearing wall of the building can be dispensed with, and for example a glass facade be provided.
- the horizontal force components are also taken from the gable parts, so that none Tie rods are required.
- a gable part from its edges spaced receptacles for the ends of the Have purlin parts offers advantages in two ways. First, torque can be around the longitudinal axis of the purlin part are included as a result of not being centered as a transverse force in the purlin part initiated force component acting in the eaves direction arises. Second, the recordings can always be one precise connection between the gable section and the purlin section can be achieved. The transfer of forces can for example, by form fit, by the geometry the recording is adapted to the cross section of the purlin part.
- the distance of the recordings to the edges of the gable parts ensures that those laid in the eaves area Parts of the purlin always above the floor of the building hover and transfer no forces to it.
- Only one very wide roof is an additional support approximately in the Middle of the purlin parts required. With a narrow roof can in the area of the eaves cover part on the purlin part be dispensed with, so that a gable part only in the area of a support part a section of a purlin part having.
- the section of the purlin part preferably designed as a short self-supporting arm, the is rigidly connected to the gable part.
- a recording can, for example, as a breakthrough, deepening or as placed on the inner surface of the gable part Fitting be formed.
- a fitting can for example be attachable with a flange on the gable part and a arranged at right angles to the flange or to the gable part Have a half-shell to hold the purlin part.
- the Half-shell and the purlin part can be, for example Bolts can be connected so that the Roof substructure as quickly as possible during construction is stiffenable. It is understood that on the gable part also molded projection proceeding from its inner surface as Recording can be provided.
- the plate-shaped components of the kit can already factory-fitted with roof battens on the top, so that they are covered with roof tiles immediately after assembly can be.
- the plate-shaped components can be covered without roof battens if they are on top with parallel to the ridge extending projections are provided in the usual Roof slat distances are arranged from each other.
- the elaborate roofing with roof tiles can be omitted without that on the appealing external appearance of a such cover must be waived if the plate-shaped components on their top according to the Form of roof tiles are profiled.
- the plate-shaped components can also on their top be provided with roofing material, the cover can already be done at the factory. Come as roofing membrane material tried and tested, preferably for sealing flat roofs Products in question.
- a quick and rainproof installation of the roof substructure is possible if supporting parts and eaves cover parts are in the area their eaves-side edge are provided with a gutter. During assembly, only the individual sections of the Connect the gutter to each other in a sealing manner.
- a special one simple construction results when the eaves-side edge of the supporting parts and eaves cover parts angled upwards is, so that after assembly in the groove formed by it only one that runs across the entire width of the eaves Strips of roofing membrane material must be inserted.
- Fig. 1 is one to scale with the invention Kit 10 manufactured complete roof substructure 12 for a gable roof shown in perspective.
