Description

Gesamtdachlösung mittels Kastenkonstruktion mit Gelenken, die von Baumauer zu Baumauer verläuft.
Anwendung
Isolierende und selbsttragende Kastenkonstruktion für Dächer mit Neigung von Baumauer zu Baumauer als Gesamtdach ausgeführt.

Produktbeschreibung
Die Kastenkonstruktion einschließlich Dachlatten und Schalen setzt sich wie folgt zusammen:
  • - Dachlatten 25 × 38 mm, Mitte bis Mitte ca. 340 mm
  • - Schalen 20 × 30 mm, Mitte bis Mitte ca. 510 mm
  • - Längs-, Seiten- und Zwischenquerhölzer 196 × 71-46, Mitte bis Mitte 1200 mm
  • - Isolierung EPS 15 SE zwischen den Querhölzern 192 mm
  • - Unterplatte 8-12-16 mm Spanplatte natur - Oberplatte 8-11 mm Spanplatte natur.
Die Nahtabdichtung zwischen den Elementen mit Gummidichtungsprofil an der Innenseite und Vermeidung von Elementwechsel ist durch rechteckige Latte aus Hartholz gewährleistet.
An den Kopfenden der Elemente ist ein Gelenk angebracht und der Firstanschluß wird mit einem isolierten Firststück aus Holz hergestellt.

Ergebnisse des Kastenkonstruktionselements für das Gesamtdach
Die schwere Preßspanplatte sowohl der Unter- als auch der Oberplatte und die Gesamthöhe des Elements einschließlich sorgfältiger Nahtabdichtung tragen dazu bei, daß die Anforderung von 0 dB erfüllt wird (Anforderung für Wohnraum, Schlafzimmer).
Die Geräuschentwicklung in Längsrichtung ist bei aneinandergrenzenden Wohnungen häufig wichtig, um die oben genannte Anforderung erfüllen zu können. Die Details, die für die Baumauer vorgeschlagen werden, tun der genannten Anforderung keinen Abbruch, sondern tragen im Gegensatz garade zu deren Erfüllung bei.
Der Isolationswert dieses Elements wird über Rc = 4,8 betragen. Dies ist ein beachtlicher Isolationswert, der zu hohen Einsparungen und Vorteilen führt.
Vorteil für den Bauunternehmer
Diese Gesamtdachlösung hat eine schnellere Montage, kürzere Wartezeiten, geringere Krankosten und letztendlich eine kürzere Bauzeit zur Folge.
