Definitions
- the invention relates to a needle machine according to the Preamble of claim 1. Such a machine is out DE 196 15 687 A1 known.
- the needle bar a second drive assigned to it, which cyclically and synchronizes it with its Nonwoven fabric vertical penetration movement (vertical movement) in a swinging motion parallel to the nonwoven web (Horizontal movement) offset in and against Direction of transport of the nonwoven web through the needle machine runs and in time with the vertical puncture movement of the Needle bar is superimposed so that the movement of the needle bar in the horizontal direction in the period of each movement cycle, in which his needles are inserted into the fleece are those caused by the feed and take-off rollers Movement of the nonwoven fabric by the needle machine follows, while the needles are detached from the nonwoven, the return of the needle bar in the horizontal direction, i.e. parallel to the nonwoven web, in the starting position.
- the needle bar thus leads from the side across to the transport direction seen the nonwoven web, a circular motion, depending according to the ratio of the strokes of the horizontal and vertical movements is more or less circular or elliptical.
- the invention has for its object a drive Specify the type mentioned, with which the stroke of the transverse to Puncture movement of the needle bar directed movement that the Needle bar forced by the second drive device becomes, light and in fine gradation, preferably also stepless, is adjustable.
- a first concept of the invention provides for the second drive device two eccentric shafts in front, with the same speed circulate and their connecting rod movements caused by them be combined on a coupling bridge.
- Fig. 1 shows a simplified representation in the above sense a needle machine from the side.
- two eccentric drives 2 are arranged, the one of Main motor O via belt, chain or similar drive connection driven, via connecting rods 3 a needle bar carrier 4 in can move up and down.
- a needle bar carrier 4 in can move up and down.
- To the Needle bar supports 4 are two each with needle boards 5 equipped needle bar 6 attached. From those on the needle boards 5 attached needles 7 are shown only a few.
- the two Eccentric drives 2 are preferably by means of a gear connected, for example via a spur gear stage (not shown) in order to synchronously rotate the eccentric drives in opposite directions to create.
- the needles 7 pierce through a stripper 8 in one on one Base 9 lying nonwoven web (not shown), the in the example shown by means of powered feed and Draw rollers 10 and 11 is moved by the needle machine.
- the coupling bridges 12 articulated, of which in Fig. 1st only one is shown.
- the coupling bridges 12 have three Pivot points, namely first and second pivot points 13 and 14 at the ends and a third hinge point 15 in the middle.
- the coupling bridges 12 are each with connected to the needle beam support 14, while at the first and second pivot points 13 and 14 the free ends of connecting rods 16 and 17 are hinged on one side of the Needle machine arranged eccentrics 18 and 19 and are driven by these.
- the shafts of eccentrics 18 and 19 are from servomotors 20 or 21 via belts, chains or other suitable power transmission devices driven.
- the servomotors, eccentrics, connecting rods and coupling bridges provide the second drive device for the needle bar represents.
- a designated one first control device is shown schematically with S1.
- the angular positions of the Waves known by angle sensors arranged on the shafts Type of detection and by means of the signals emitted by them the power supply to the electric motors that drive the shafts to control so that the desired mutual phase relationships the angular positions of the shafts can be reached.
- control loops can be used based on the a target / actual comparison. Such control loops are generally known and need not be explained here.
- a particular advantage of the solutions described above is that the adjustment of the stroke of the horizontal movement of the needle bar while the machine is running and therefore time-saving, without any disassembly, and can be carried out continuously can.
- the scraper 8 and the pad 9 for the nonwoven web of the horizontal movement component of the Needles take into account.
- the stripper 8 which consists of a Perforated plate consists of the holes for the passage of the Needles 7 are therefore designed as slots that extend in the direction the horizontal movement component of the needle bar 4 extend.
- the pad 9 can be made in the same way as the scraper 8 be formed.
- FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the invention, the that is very similar to FIG. 1 and only of this differs in that the two eccentrics 18 and 19 on different sides of the two needle bars 6 arranged are.
- the construction of this machine is, as already from the drawing emerges, somewhat more compact than that of FIG. 1. There are no changes regarding the function, so that a detailed explanation is dispensed with can.
- Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the invention in which the Eccentric 18 and 19 of the second drive device above the Needle machine, i.e. are arranged at the head.
- This embodiment is of particular interest in such applications, in which the footprint for the needle machine is limited, but sufficient above the needle machine Assembly room is available.
- the needle bar carrier 4 first on the inlet side and on the outlet side of the nonwoven web Guide scenes 60 with the vertical to the base first guide slots 61 attached.
- the guide slots 61 are the bent ends 62 of the scraper 8 and the base 9 in the vertical direction, i.e. perpendicular to the needles Fleece web, guided.
- each in second guide slots 64 are carried out in the machine frame held second guide slots 65 are formed.
- This second guide slots 64 determine the altitude of Scraper 8 and pad 9 and leave a horizontal movement from scraper 8 and pad 9 to.
- the second leadership scenes 65 can be vertically adjustable if necessary. On that will be discussed in more detail later.
- the first guide sets follow 60 with the needle bar carrier 4 of the wipers 8 and the pad 9 for horizontal movement of the needle beam support 4, with the guide flanges 63 in the second guide slots 64 slide.
- the scraper 8 and the pad 9 but do not follow the vertical movement of the needle beam carrier 4 because they are in the second guide slots 64 located guide flanges 63 are hindered.
- the vertical movement of the needle beam carrier 4 is by wipers 8 and Pad 9 is not hindered because its bent ends 62 in slide the first guide slots 61.
- FIG. 5 schematically shows a plan view of the needle bar area a needle machine. Needle machines sometimes have a lot large working widths that can be several meters. To the to avoid adverse influences of inertia, which too elastic deflections of the needle bar could result, if the force attack on the needle bar only at one point 5, it is provided that the horizontal Movement component of the needle bar at several along its Extension is distributed places. 5 are elements corresponding to the examples explained above provided with the same reference numerals so that they are not repeated here need to be explained. You can see that from the hinge point 15 of the coupling bridge 12 starting from the eccentrics 18th and 19 caused movement via a wishbone 25 and several rocker arms 26 and a corresponding number of trailing arms 27 is transferred to the needle beam carrier 4. This construction principle can be easily based on the embodiment Fig. 3 transferred.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 would be along the Needle beam carrier 4 several, arranged on a common shaft, identically aligned eccentrics with a corresponding one Number of connecting rods to be provided over several coupling bridges grasp the needle bar support.
- this tracking movement has a horizontal direction a speed curve that is sinusoidal, i.e. the Horizontal speed of the needle bar gradually decreases from zero increases, reaches a maximum and then decreases again to zero then the direction for the return movement of the needle bar to reverse, etc.
- speed of the horizontal movement of the needle bar carried needles on the speed of the feed movement the nonwoven web penetrated by the needles, which in particular Cases when, for example, felts of special fineness and Uniformity, such as paper machine felts, to undesirable disturbances in the structure of the manufactured product.
- the invention proposes a further development before, the servomotors of the second drive device in one to control the cyclically running program in such a way that the aforementioned sinusoidal velocity profile of horizontal movement of the needle bar at least in that horizontal movement stroke, which follows the direction of web advance to a uniform one Speed is smoothed.
- Modern control electronics allows the speed of rotation of servo motors in this Way to influence.
- the feed machine directly assigned to the needle machine To dispense with discharge rollers or between the roller pairs formed column wider than the thickness of the nonwoven web to make and therefore the nonwoven web alone with the help of needles pierced into it by the from the second Drive device caused horizontal movement of the To move the needle bar through the needling zone.
- sinusoidal course of the horizontal movement of the needle bar is even an advantage in this case because it creates a "Plucking" on the nonwoven web through the needles when accelerating is prevented in the horizontal direction.
- the complete Adjustment of the needle movement in the horizontal direction to the Enabling respective needs will result in a significant increase in quality of the manufactured product.
- Another Increase in quality by comparing or blurring the stitch pattern can be achieved if the needle bar between successive stitch movements laterally, i.e. across to the fleece feed direction by less than one lateral Needle spacing is offset.
- a drive scheme for generation such a lateral movement of the needle bar is also shown in Fig. 5.
- the control of the servomotor 52 takes place in that phase Vertical movement of the needle bar carrier 4, in which the needles 7 are not pierced into the nonwoven web.
- the range of motion that must be produced by the actuator 52 is relative small. According to a lateral distance between each other adjacent needles is usually about 3 mm he just a little less than 3 mm. This range of motion is appropriate divided into several, for example two stages, so that each needle is between three lateral positions is adjustable, a left, a middle and a right Position, seen in the direction of web advance. These positions can be used cyclically, for example either after every needle insertion or after a predetermined one Number of needle punctures in the nonwoven web Position is changed using the servomotor 52.
- the corresponding Control of the servomotor 52 thus takes place in Coordination with the work cycle of the eccentric drives 2 and can, in particular, use the angle encoder that may be installed there and possibly clock counters.
- the control of the servomotor 52 can expediently via a control generator 53 take place, which processes a cyclically running control program or a stochastic random sequence of control commands for the servomotor 52.
- FIG. 6 Another possibility, which is shown in Fig. 6, consists of the actuator being driven by an eccentric drive two eccentrics 54 synchronized by independent drive motors 55 are driven and their connecting rods 56 at the ends a coupling bridge 57 are coupled to each other to form.
- the coupling bridge 57 is at a central pivot point 58 the second wishbone 50 articulated.
- the middle one Hinge point 58 is via a trailing arm 59 in the machine frame 1 led.
- the needle beam carrier 4 in successive stitch cycles can an equalization or blurring of the stitch pattern on the manufactured Product without the use of complicated needling patterns can be reached on the needle bar.
- This aspect of The present invention also applies to needling machines in which the needle bar does not follow the fleece feed movement Movement. The idea described is therefore also on such needle machines can be realized.
- FIG. 7 shows schematically only the essential parts of a needle machine around the area of the needle bar drive.
- the Needle bar support 4 is assigned a second drive, consisting from two second eccentrics 30 and 39, of which the eccentric 30 from a servo motor 31 via a toothed belt, a Chain or the like.
- Positive power transmission device is rotationally driven and on which a connecting rod 32 is mounted is whose free end is articulated at 34 with a coupling bridge 33 is coupled.
- the other (39) of the second eccentric is over a belt or the like. Power transmission device from one the first eccentric 2 driven at the same frequency.
- a connecting rod mounted on the other second eccentric 39 32 is at its free end at 35 with the coupling bridge 33 articulated.
- a rocker arm 37 is articulated is that pivoted at 38 in the machine frame is.
- a hinge point 40 at which one end of a Handlebar 41 is articulated, the other end with the needle beam carrier 4 is articulated at 42.
- the handlebar 41 wedge 4 is articulated at 42.
- the handlebar 41 runs essentially horizontal, i.e. parallel to the needles Nonwoven web, while the pivot bearing 38 of the rocker arm 37 is located approximately vertically below the articulation point 40.
- the needle beam carrier 4 a vertical drive through first eccentrics 2 and 1 Assigned to horizontal drive.
- the horizontal drive consists of a second eccentric 30 with drive motor 31 and connecting rod 32 and a rocker arm 37, which at 38 in the context of the needle machine is pivotally mounted.
- On one horizontal extending leg 43 of the rocker arm 37 is the free end the connecting rod 32 is mounted in a pivot point 34.
- a hinge point 40 is formed on to which a link 41 is articulated which is essentially horizontal, i.e. parallel to the direction of web travel through the Machine extends and at 42 with the needle beam carrier 4th is articulated.
- the hinge point 34 on the leg 43 is by means not shown here along the leg 43 adjustable, what through a longitudinal slot 44 in the leg 33 is indicated.
- FIG. 9 shows a modification of the embodiment according to FIG. 8. Corresponding elements have the same reference numerals Mistake. If there are no peculiarities, none Explanation.
- the main difference from the embodiment 8 is that the connecting rod 32 which the Horizontal movement of the needle beam carrier 4 causes an eccentric is mounted on the same axle shaft, like one of the eccentrics 2, the vertical movement of the needle beam carrier 4 cause. You save one in this way separate drive motor for the generation of the horizontal Movement component of the needle beam carrier 4.
- the rocker arm 37 is stretched in this embodiment, i.e. not angled, as in the previously described embodiments, what determines the geometry of the construction shown is. His one leg 43 is again with a device (symbolized by a slot 44 in FIG. 9), with the help of the effective lever length at hinge point 34, where the connecting rod 32 is articulated, can be adjusted to the stroke of the horizontal movement component of the needle beam carrier 4 to change.
- FIG. 10 is very similar to that according to FIG. 9 similar. On the explanation already described and with Fig. 9 matching features can therefore be dispensed with.
- the essential difference compared to the embodiment according to FIG. 9 is that the pivot bearing 38 of the rocker arm 37th is adjustable along the rocker arm 37, what by a Slot 44 is shown in the rocker arm 37, in which the of a slidable bracket 45 carried pivot bearing 38 adjustable is. To fix the position of the rocker arm 37 is the lower end of this at the pivot point 40 by means of a link 46 supported in the machine frame.
- the lever lengths are between the articulation points 34 and 40 on the one hand and the pivot bearing 38 on the other hand mutually changeable, whereby at constant The stroke of the connecting rod 32 is the stroke of the horizontal movement of the handlebar 41 can be changed. A diminution of this Strokes to zero is possible if the pivot bearing 38 is so close to the hinge point 40 where the handlebar 41 is articulated, is brought about that a pivoting of the rocker arm 37th no appreciable horizontal movement due to the movement of the connecting rod 32 Deflection of the articulation point 40 causes more.
- the angular position of the eccentric driving the connecting rod 32 with respect to FIG the angular position of the vertical component of movement of the needle beam carrier 4 via the connecting rods 3 causing eccentric 2 is coordinated so that in the nonwoven web transport direction horizontal component of movement of the needle beam carrier is present when the needle bar support 4 is has already moved so far down that the needles 7 in the Pierce the nonwoven web, and then continue over the period, during which the needle bar carrier in its lower end position arrives and then a first part of its upward movement executes.
- the horizontal movement of the needle beam holder 4 advantageously starts in the nonwoven web transport direction even before the needles pierce the nonwoven web.
- the height of the pad 9 can be the puncture time influence within a horizontal stroke cycle. However, is in that cycle area of vertical needle bar movement, in which the needles 7 are not inserted into the nonwoven web, the horizontal movement component of the needle beam carrier opposite to the nonwoven web transport direction.
- Needling machines invention shown on double needle machines can be performed with the needles two needle units facing each other at the same time or alternately insert into a nonwoven web from both sides.
- the invention is also in needle machines usable, the several, at different locations in the machine frame have arranged needling zones, such as in US 3,508,307. In such Machines is then everyone according to the present invention Needle bar assigned a drive of the type described, the except for the needle insertion movement perpendicular to the nonwoven web also a vibration movement in and parallel to the nonwoven web possibly also transversely to the direction of transport of the nonwoven web.
- the needle machine after the Invention also a patterning or structuring machine can be, e.g. in US 5 144 730.
- textile or Needle felt velor webs can be produced from a textile carrier web and consist of textile fiber material, the Fibers of the said fiber material differ from the fibers of the Carrier web with regard to color and / or shape and / or material and / or distinguish degree of fineness and / or orientation and on the back of the carrier web lying on the base applied and through the carrier web up to visibility whose front lying on the pad with the help of Needles are pressed. Even with those manufactured in this way Products are the stitch pattern by the invention Measures improved and productivity increased.
- Needle machines can be used in which the base for the nonwoven web in the machine frame perpendicular to the support surface the pad is movably supported and with a drive is connected, with the help of the document according to a predetermined Program can be cyclically raised and lowered to the penetration depth to change the needles in the nonwoven web and thereby causing certain desired patterns in the product, for example a pattern from across the surface of the Product protruding fiber poles, such as this in EP 0 183 952 A1 or EP 0 411 647 A1.
- the scraper 8 and the pad 9 vertically movable within the machine frame 1 stored.
- This embodiment is shown in Fig. 4, according to the second guide link 65 on a common carrier 66 are attached or formed, which in the machine frame 1 is vertically adjustable on supports 67 and guided by one hydraulic actuator 68 is supported, with the help the carrier 66 according to a predetermined, freely selectable program is movable up and down.
- Fig. 11 shows an embodiment for power transmission from the second drive device on the needle bar support. To explain the differences this power transmission to those already described is still once briefly discussed FIGS. 1 to 5.
- FIG. 11 shows an embodiment in which of a single pair of eccentric rods and connecting rods 18, 19 or 16, 17 with coupling bridge 12 coupled thereto shaft 70 extending parallel to the needle beam carrier 4 into a reciprocating rotary movement is offset.
- the coupling bridge 12 at its third pivot point 15 with the End of a lever 71 rigidly connected to the shaft 70.
- the adjustability of the stroke of the horizontal movement of the needle beam carrier 4 and the timing of the horizontal movement of the Needle beam support 4 is in relation to its vertical movement given in the embodiment of FIG. 11 in the same way as in the embodiments of FIGS. 1 to 6. On a the relevant description can therefore be omitted here become.
