Claims (5)
- Druckmaschine zum Bedrucken von Bogen, insbesondere mit einem Farbwerk (18), sowie mit Druckwerkszylindern in Form eines Plattenzylinders (16), eines Gummituchzylinders (15) und eines Druckzylinders (12), mit einer einen Vorratsbehälter (46) und eine betriebsmäßig mit dessen Inhalt versorgbare Sprühdüse (41) umfassenden Sprühvorrichtung (40, 40') zum Austrag von Abstandstoffpartikeln, die zur Ausbildung eines gegenseitigen Abstandes zwischen Bogen (1) in einem gestapelten Zustand derselben vorgesehen sind, wobei der Austrag auf einen der Druckwerkszylinder (12, 15) oder auf die Bogen (1) erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßder Inhalt des Vorratsbehälters (46) eine Sprühflüssigkeit in Form einer die Abstandstoffpartikel enthaltenden wäßrigen Suspension darstellt, die der Sprühdüse (41) mittels einer Pumpe (47) zuführbar ist,zwei zueinander parallel angeordnete, einen Spalt bildende Walzen (42, 43) vorgesehen sind, mittels welcher ein aus der Sprühdüse (41) austretender Sprühkegel begrenzbar ist undden beiden Walzen (42, 43) eine Reinigungsvorrichtung (44, 45) zugeordnet ist, mittels welcher an den Walzen (42, 43) haftende Reste der Suspension von den Walzen (42, 43) entfernbar und in den Vorratsbehälter (46) zurückführbar sind. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Sprühdüse (41) schwenkbar ist, wobei durch Schwenken derselben das Auftragen der Sprühflüssigkeit unterbunden werden kann. - Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Walzen (42, 43) der Sprühvorrichtung parallel zueinander verschiebbar angeordnet sind, um den zwischen ihnen liegenden Spalt schließen zu können und somit das Auftragen der Sprühflüssigkeit zu unterbrechen. - Druckmaschine nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Abstandstoffpartikel mittels eines Wachses gebildet sind. - Druckmaschine nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Suspension einen in Wasser gelösten Klebstoff enthält.
