Claims (6)
- Gekapseltes Druckwerk mit in einer Kammer (6; 15) angeordnetem Formzylinder (7; 8), einer Einrichtung zum Zuführen (14, 12; 16, 13) von Druckfarbe über eine Farbauftragszone (40; 45) auf den Formzylinder (7; 8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Kammer (6; 15) in Drehrichtung des Formzylinders (7; 8) gesehen zwischen Drucklinie (29; 31) des Formrzylinders (7; 8) mit einem ihm zugeordneten Zylinder (3) und der Farbauftragszone (44; 45) auf dem Formzylinder (7; 8) eine Anzahl Düsen (36; 37; 38; 39) zum Versprühen eines Farblösungsmittel-Luft-Gemisches auf den Formzylinder (7; 8) vorgesehen sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Düsen (36; 37; 38; 39) in axialer Richtung des Formzylinders (7; 8) nebeneinander in den Stirnseiten (30; 35) der Kammer (6; 15) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen (36; 37; 38; 39) als Flachstrahldüsen ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Farbzuführeinrichtung (14; 16) auf die Farbauftragswalze (12; 13) eine in eine Farbwanne eintauchende Einfärbewalze vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbzuführeinrichtung (12, 14; 13, 16) aus der Farbauftragswalze (12; 13) mit einer daran angeordneten Kammerrakel (14; 16) besteht.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Farbauftragswalze (12; 13) als harte, gerasterte Aniloxwalze ausgebildet ist.
