Claims (5)
- Machine à imprimer destinée à imprimer des feuilles, et comprenant notamment un groupe d'encrage (18), ainsi que des cylindres de groupe d'impression sous la forme d'un cylindre porte-plaque (16), d'un cylindre de blanchet (15) et d'un cylindre de pression (12), et comprenant également un dispositif de pulvérisation (40, 40') englobant un réservoir (46) et une buse de pulvérisation (41) pouvant être alimentée en service avec le contenu de ce réservoir, le dispositif de pulvérisation étant destiné à fournir des particules de substance d'espacement, qui sont prévues pour former un espacement mutuel entre les feuilles (1) dans un état empilé de celles-ci, la fourniture des particules de substance d'espacement s'effectuant sur l'un des cylindres de groupe d'impression (12, 15) ou sur les feuilles (1), caractériséeen ce que le contenu du réservoir (46) est constitué par un liquide de pulvérisation sous la forme d'une suspension aqueuse renfermant les particules de substance d'espacement et pouvant être amenée à la buse de pulvérisation (41) au moyen d'une pompe (47),en ce que sont prévus deux cylindres (42, 43) disposés parallèlement l'un par rapport à l'autre et formant un interstice entre-eux, au moyen desquels il est possible de limiter un cône de pulvérisation sortant de la buse de pulvérisation (41), eten ce qu'aux deux cylindres (42, 43) est associé un dispositif de nettoyage (44, 45) au moyen duquel il est possible d'éliminer sur les cylindres (42, 43) des résidus de la suspension qui adhèrent aux cylindres (42, 43) et qui peuvent être renvoyés dans le réservoir (46).
- Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la buse de pulvérisation (41) est pivotante, son pivotement permettant de faire cesser l'application du liquide de pulvérisation.
- Machine à imprimer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les cylindres (42, 43) du dispositif de pulvérisation sont disposés de manière à pouvoir être déplacés parallèlement l'un vers l'autre en vue de pouvoir fermer l'interstice se trouvant entre-eux et en permettant ainsi d'interrompre l'application du liquide de pulvérisation.
- Machine à imprimer selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les particules de substance d'espacement sont formées à l'aide d'une cire.
- Machine à imprimer selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la suspension renferme une substance adhésive dissoute dans de l'eau.
