Claims (13)
- Elastische Einlage, insbesondere elastische Fixiereinlage, umfassend einen Träger und eine darauf aufsitzende Schicht aus einer Klebemasse,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Träger Mehrkomponentenfasern enthält, die aus mindestens zwei verschiedenen Polymeren aufgebaut sind. - Elastische Einlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Mehrkomponentenfasern Bikomponentenfasern sind, die aus zwei verschiedenen Polymeren auf Polyester-, Polyamidoder Polyacrylnitril-Basis oder Mischungen davon aufgebaut sind. - Elastische Einlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Mehrkomponentenfasern eine Faserlänge zwischen 15 und 400 mm haben. - Elastische Einlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Titer der Einzelfasern der Mehrkomponentenfasern in dem Bereich von 0,5 bis 12 dtex liegt. - Elastische Einlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekehnzeichnet, daß
die Mehrkomponentenfasern in Mischung mit Fasern aus Polyester, Polyamid, Polyacrylnitril, Viskose, Baumwolle oder Wolle vorliegen. - Elastische Einlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Träger zusätzlich texturierte oder nicht texturierte Stapelfasergarne aus Polyester, Polyacrylnitril, Polyamid, Viskose, Baumwolle oder Wolle oder Mischungen davon enthält. - Elastische Einlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Träger ein Gewebe, Gewirke oder ein Vlies ist. - Elastische Einlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Träger ein Gewebe ist, dessen Kett- und Schußfäden aus Mehrkomponentenfasern auf Polyesterbasis ggf. in Mischung mit Polyester, Polyamid, Polyacrylnitril, Viskose, Wolle oder Baumwolle bestehen. - Elastische Einlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Träger ein Gewebe ist, dessen Kettfäden aus texturierten oder nicht texturierten Polyestergarnen und dessen Schußfäden aus Mehrkomponentenfasern auf Polyesterbasis, ggf. in Mischung mit Polyester, Polyamid, Polyacrylnitril, Viskose, Wolle oder Baumwolle, bestehen. - Elastische Einlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Träger ein Gewirke ist, dessen Kettfäden aus Polyamidfilamenten oder Polyesterfilamenten bestehen, die texturiert oder nicht texturiert sind und dessen Schußfäden aus Mehrkomponentenfasern auf Polyesterbasis, ggf. in Mischung mit Polyester, Polyamid, Polyacrylnitril, Viskose, Wolle oder Baumwolle, bestehen. - Elastische Einlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
im Schuß Fäden aus Mehrkomponentenfasern und herkömmliche Fäden im Wechsel auftreten. - Verwendung der elastischen Einlage gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 als Fixiereinlage zur Verstärkung von Oberstoffen.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 11 zur Verstärkung des Vorderteils von Bekleidungsstücken.
