Claims (7)
- Verfahrbarer Kran mit einem Teleskopausleger (1),
dessen einzelnen austeleskopierbaren Schüsse (3 bis 6) nach dem Lösen von arretierenden Bolzenverbindungen (30 bis 33) mit nur einer einstufigen hydraulischen Kolbenzylindereinheit (7, 12, 18) aus- und einfahrbar sind und in den jeweils aus- oder eingefahrenen Stellungen durch in radialer Richtung auf ihre verriegelten Stellungen federbelastete Verriegelungsbolzen (30 bis 33) verbolzt sind,
bei dem die Kolbenstange (12) der Kolbenzylindereinheit (7) an dem das innere Ende des äußeren Schusses (2) abschließenden Auslegeanlenkstück (8) angelenkt ist und
eine Mitnehmereinrichtung (20, 21), die aus einem Block mit einander gegenüberliegenden Zylindern für die durch deren Kolben oder Kolbenstangen gebildeten ein- und ausfahrbaren Bolzen besteht und die mit Aufnahmen (26) der austeleskopierbaren Schüsse (3 bis 6) kuppelbar ist, in dem Bereich des Endes des Zylinders (7) angeordnet ist, aus dem die Kolbenstange (12) austritt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der austeleskopierbaren Schüsse (3 bis 6) an seinem inneren Ende nur mit einem Verriegelungsbolzen (30 bis 33) versehen ist,
daß sich die zugehörigen Verriegelungsbohrungen (26) in der Oberseite des Profils der einfassenden Schüsse in deren horizontalen Stellung befinden,
daß jeder Verriegelungsbolzen (30 bis 33) an seinem inneren Ende mit einem Kupplungsstück (38) versehen ist, das in der Verriegelungsstellung des Verriegelungsbolzens mit einem Kolben (51) oder einer Kolbenstange einer radial angeordneten hydraulischen Kolbenzylindereinheit des kragenförmigen Blocks (19) kuppelbar ist, und
daß Mittel (56) vorgesehen sind, die den Zylinder positionsgenau in die Kupplungsstellung verfahren. - Kran nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsstücke sämtlicher Verriegelungsbolzen aus kreisrunden Scheiben bestehen, die über Schäfte mit den Verriegelungsbolzen verbunden sind und sich in einer gemeinsamen axialen Ebene befinden, daß das Gegenkupplungsstück der radialen Kolbenzylindereinheit ein in axialer Richtung verlaufender rinnenförmiger Abschnitt mit U-förmigem Profil ist, das an den freien Enden seiner Schenkel mit nach innen weisenden Stegen versehen ist, daß die Stege zwischen sich einen Spalt begrenzen, dessen Breite dem Durchmesser des Schaftes entspricht, und daß die Schenkel einen inneren Abstand voneinander aufweisen, der dem Durchmesser der Kupplungsscheiben entspricht
- Kran nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radiale Kolbenzylindereinheit nur zum Einziehen des Verriegelungsbolzens betätigt werden kann, wenn die Mitnehmereinrichtung mit den Aufnahmen des aus- oder einzuteleskopierenden Schusses gekuppelt ist.
- Kran nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen aus Bohrungen oder Buchsen für einfahrbare Bolzen bestehen und daß die Mitnehmereinrichtung aus einem Block miteinander gegenüberliegenden Zylindern für die durch deren Kolben oder Kolbenstangen gebildeten ein- und ausfahrbaren Bolzen besteht.
- Kran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrungen aus in axialer Richtung verlaufenden Langlöchern bestehen und die Verriegelungbolzen an ihren äußeren Enden umlaufende Bunde oder Wulste aufweisen.
- Kran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Zylinder positionierenden Mittel aus einer an diesen angebrachten Reflexionslichtschranke bestehen, die an den Schüssen angebrachte Marken abtastet.
- Kran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schüsse aus Profilen bestehen, deren Oberseiten durch U-förmige Stücke gebildet sind, deren Schenkel mit den Rändern unterer halbrunder oder halbovaler Schalen verschweißt sind.
