Magazin für Feuerwaffen mit einem einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisenden Kunststoffmantel (401) und einem mit diesem verbundenen Boden (402), wobei der Kunststoffmantel (401) mit einer an seinem oberen Bereich eingebetteten Metalleinlage (403) versehen ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Magazin für Feuerwaffen mit einem einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisenden Kunststoffmantel und einem mit diesem verbundenen Boden. Die bekannten Magazine dieser Art weisen den Nachteil auf, daß es zu hohen Reibungen zwischen den Patronen und dem Magazinmantel kommen kann, da in den meisten Fällen der Reibungskoeffizient des verwendeten Kunststoffes hoch ist. Es wurde.bereits vorgeschlagen, durch Sicken im Magazinmantel die Linienberührung in Punktberührungen umzuwandeln, um dadurch die Gleitbewegung der Patronen zu erleichtern.
  • Die Erfindung bezweckt, die Verbesserung des Vorschubes der Patronen im Magazin auf einem anderen Weg zu erreichen. Erfindungsgemäß wird demnach der Kunststoffmantel mit einer an seinem oberen Bereich angeordneten Metalleinlage versehen. Diese ist gegenüber dem einlagenlosen Magazinmantel aus Kunststoff an Lebensdauer wesentlich überlegen und gestattet auch, die für die Führung der Patronen notwendigen Sicken genauer auszuführen.
  • Die Erfindung erstreckt sich auf weitere bauliche Ausgestaltungen solcher Magazine.
  • In den Figuren 1 bis 4 der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform in Seiten-, Rück- und Vorderansicht sowie in Draufsicht dargestellt.
  • Das dargestellte Patronenmagazin besteht aus einem Kunststoffmantel 401, einem Boden 402 und einer Metalleinlage 403. Das Magazin ist wie üblich prismatisch ausgebildet und der Boden 402 schräg angesetzt. Er ist mittels Nut 404 und Feder 405 am unteren Ende des Magazins aufgeschoben und durch eine Rastverriegelung 406 gehalten. Auf ihn stützt sich eine Feder 407 ab, die einen Schieber 408 nach oben drängt. Auf seiner einseitig angeordneten Schulter 409 stützen sich die Patronen 410 ab. Sie nehmen im unteren Bereich des Magazins eine Lage ein, bei der ihre Achse senkrecht zur Vorderwand 411 und zur Rückwand 412 verläuft. Im oberen Abschnitt des Magazins bildet die Metalleinlage 403 im Bereich der Geschoße seitliche Führungen 413, die sich nach oben stark verjüngen und die Patronenspitzen in die Nähe der Magazinmittelabene drängen, so daß sich die Patronen aufrichten und schließlich eine zum Magazinboden 402 im wesentlichen parallele Lage einnehmen. Der den Patronenböden zugeordnete Bereich 414 der Metalleinlage 403 konvergiert erst gegen Ende des Magazins, so daß, wie aus Fig. 33 hervorgeht, die Patronenböden länger in ihrer ursprünglichen Staffelung verbleiben. Dies geht aus einem Vergleich der strichpunktierten Zickzacklinie der Fig. 2 und 3 hervor.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung werden zwei wesentliche Vorteile erzielt. Durch die Lage der Patronenböden wird eine satte Berührung zwischen ihnen und der Magazinrückwand 412 erreicht, so daß die Reibung herabgesetzt und der Bewegungswiderstand verringert ist. Ein Verhaken an der Rückwand ist hierbei ausgeschlossen. Der zweite Vorteil besteht darin, daß die Berührung zwischen den Patronen beim Aufrichten im oberen Abschnitt des Magazins sich verändert. Sie geht von einer Linienberührung in eine Punktberührung über, so daß keine gegenseitige Behinderung bei der Durchwanderung der Patronen im oberen Abschnitt des Magazins eintritt. Das vordere Ende 415 der Schulter 409 des Schiebers 408 kann mit dem Hebel 301 in Fig. 28 zusammenwirken, indem dieser Teil beim Einschieben der letzten Patrone in den Lauf auf den Vorsprung 307 zu liegen kommt. Die Metalleinlage 403 weist mehrere Durchbrechungen 416 auf, die sich von außen nach innen erweitern und eine gute Verankerung der Einlage im Kunststoffmantel 401 des Magazins ergeben.
  • Die Erfindung ist nicht auf das dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt. So kann anstelle eines Magazins für doppelreihige Anordnung der Patronen auch ein Magazin vorgesehen werden, das nur eine Patronenreihe aufweist.

Claims (4)

1. Magazin für Feuerwaffen mit einem einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweisenden Kunststoffmantel und einem mit diesem verbundenen Boden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoffmantel (401) mit einer an seinem oberen Bereich eingebetteten Metalleinlage (403) versehen ist.
2. Magazin nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metalleinlage (403) zu ihrer Verankerung im Kunststoff des Magazinmantels (401) mehrere sich zum Magazininneren hin erweiterende Durchbrechungen (416) aufweist.

Magazin nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoffmantel (401) mit dem Boden (402) mittels Nut (404) und Feder (405) verbunden ist und der dadurch auf den Magazinmantel aufschiebbare Boden seitliche Ausnehmungen aufweist, die mit Vorsprüngen im mittleren Bereich des Magazinmantels im Sinne einer Verrastung (406) zusammenwirken, wobei Anlaufflächen an den Vorsprüngen und/oder Ausnehmungen vorgesehen sind.

Magazin nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine dem rechteckigen Querschnitt des Magazinmantels (401) angepaßte, rechteckige Wicklungen aufweisende Magazinfeder (407) vorgesehen ist, die zwei Längsbereiche aufweist, wobei im oberen Bereich die Breite der Windungen kleiner ist als im unteren Bereich.
