Abstract
В заявке описана антигенсвязывающая молекула, которая обладает очень высоким противораковым действием, превышающим активность общепринятых антигенсвязывающих молекул, в результате того, что антигенсвязывающая молекула перекрестно сшивает Т-клетки и клетки, обладающие подавляющей иммунный ответ функцией, и индуцирует повреждение клеток, обладающих подавляющей иммунный ответ функцией. Антигенсвязывающая молекула включает (I) домен, который связывается с молекулами, экспрессируемыми на поверхности клеток, которые обладают подавляющей иммунный ответ функцией; и (II) домен, который связывается с комплексом Т-клеточного рецептора.
