Abstract
Устройство и способ селективного удаления нежелательного материала с поверхности подложки обеспечивает протекание инертного газа над поверхностью подложки нежелательного материала при облучении этого нежелательного материала энергетическими фотонами. Изобретение позволяет удалять нежелательный материал без изменения физических свойств материала, лежащего ниже или рядом с удаляемым нежелательным материалом. Эффективность удаления может быть повышена за счёт применения поляризованных энергетических фотонов. Направление лазерного пучка на обратную сторону прозрачной подложки может увеличить эффективность удаления.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
