Claims (12)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at bibringe indskrænkning i et biaksialt elastisk, ikkevævet laminat, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: tilvejebringelse af et biaksialt elastisk, ikkevævet laminat, der omfatter mindst ét smeltespundet, elastisk tekstilstof og mindst ét udvideligt, elastisk tekstilstof eller mindst én udvidelig, elastisk film, og smeltning af mindst en portion af mindst ét smeltespundet, elastisk tekstilstof til mindst ét af de udvidelige tekstilstoffer for at skabe mindst tre uelastiske områder langs bredden, som er parallelle med maskinretningen for det biaksialt elastiske, ikkevævede laminat, således at der bibringes elasticitet i krydsretningen i laminatet, hvor to af de uelastiske områder løber langs laminatets kant og ét uelastisk område løber ned ad laminatets midte, og hvor mindst ét af de uelastiske områder, der løber parallelt med maskinretningen, har en bredde på mindst 5 % af laminatets bredde i krydsretningen.
2. Metode ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst ét af de uelastiske områder, der løber parallel med laminatets maskinretning, har en bredde på mindst 10 % af laminatets bredde i krydsretningen.
3. Metode ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor laminatet har en bredde i krydsretningen og et uelastisk område, der løber vinkelret på laminatets maskinretning, idet det uelastiske område har en bredde i maskinretningen på mindst 2 % af laminatets bredde i krydsretningen.
4. Metode ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor smeltningen omfatter kalandrering af det biaksialt elastiske, ikkevævede laminat for at smelte mindst en portion af det smeltespundne, elastiske tekstilstof og danne en smeltning til mindst ét udvideligt tekstilstof.
5. Metode ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det smeltspundne, elastiske tekstilstof omfatter en polyolefinbaseret elastomer med et smelteindeks på under 80 dg/min.
6. Metode ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der omfatter dannelse af mindst det smeltespundne elastiske tekstilstof ved ekstrudering af én eller flere propylen-a-olefinelastomer(er), alene eller blandet med en anden polymer, idet propylen-a-olefinelastomeren (-elastomererne) har et smelteindeks fra mindre end 80 dg/min, gennem mindst ét mundstykke med flere dyser for at danne flere kontinuerlige fibre, idet mindst én dyse opererer ved et smeltetryk fra mere end 500 psi (3,45 MPa) for at danne mindst ét elastisk tekstilstof.
7. Indskrænket, biaksialt elastisk, ikkevævet laminat, der omfatter mindst ét smeltespundet, elastisk tekstilstof og mindst ét udvideligt tekstilstof eller mindst én udvidelig film, hvor mindst én portion af lagene af tekstilstof er smeltet til hinanden i diskrete områder for at danne mindst tre uelastiske områder langs bredden, som er parallelle med maskinretningen for det biaksialt elastiske, ikkevævede laminat, således at der bibringes elasticitet i krydsretningen i laminatet, hvor to af de uelastiske områder løber langs laminatets kant og ét uelastisk område løber ned ad laminatets midte, og hvor mindst ét af de uelastiske områder, der løber parallelt med maskinretningen, har en bredde på mindst 5 % af laminatets bredde i krydsretningen.
