Abstract

本发明适用于非织造材料的技术领域,公开了一种具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料,非织造材料为多层级结构,包括吸湿层、过渡导湿层和拒湿层,所述的过渡导湿层位于吸湿层与拒湿层之间,并与吸湿层、拒湿层复合,所述的吸湿层是由多种吸湿性纤维按照一定的比例组成,所述的过渡导湿层是由吸湿性纤维和PLA长丝相互穿插组成的混合纤维层,所述的拒湿层是由PLA长丝组成的蓬松纤维层,本发明还提供一种具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料的制备工艺,通过制备纤维层、纤维层复合得到PLA纤维层和吸湿层构成的复合非织造材料,不仅绿色、环保、可生物降解,同时,还能实现液态水或气态水在非织造材料内的非对称传输。

一种具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料及其制备工艺
【技术领域】
本发明涉及非织造材料的技术领域,特别涉及一种具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料及其制备工艺。
【背景技术】
非织造材料作为纤维材料的一种,由于其原料来源广、加工工艺灵活多变,可以使用吸湿性较好的天然短纤维棉、毛、麻、竹纤维等制备成吸湿性较好的短纤维非织造材料,可以使用壳聚糖纤维、甲壳素纤维、粘胶纤维等生物可降解纤维制备成绿色非织造材料,也可以利用聚乳酸切片通过熔体纺丝成网的方法来制备成生物可降解的长丝非织造材料。
随着人们生活水平的提高和科技的进步,人们对身边使用的非织造材料不仅要求其提供的一定功能性和舒适性,还要求其具有绿色、环保、可生物降解的特性。如尿不湿、卫生巾的面层就要求材料不仅具有柔软、透气的特性,还能使液体能够快速渗透不回渗,保持贴肤面的干爽。
所谓非对称传输特性是指液态水或气态水可以沿厚度方向快速的从非织造材料一面传递到另一面,反方向传输则速度很慢或者无法传输。控制液态水和气态水在非织造材料内的传输特性的主要方法是通过控制非织造材料的结构特征或使用化学整理剂(拒水整理剂、亲水整理剂等)的方法产生差动毛细效应,形成液态水或气态水在非织造材料内沿厚度方向的非对称传输。而对于由生物可降解纤维组成的非织造材料来说,利用化学整理剂虽然可以控制液态水和气态水在非织造材料内的传输特性,但是破坏原材料了的绿色、环保、生物可降解特性。
非织造材料作为一种被广泛应用在手术衣、防护服、消毒包布、口罩、尿不湿、妇女卫生巾、袋包茶叶袋等医疗卫生领域的纤维材料,与人体皮肤、医疗器械等长期接触,因此发展一种不仅对液态水或气态水具有非对称传输特性,又具有绿色、环保、生物可降解特性的非织造材料是进一步提高人们生活水平的关键。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料及其制备工艺,既具有绿色、环保、可生物降解的环保特性,又可实现液态水或气态水在非织造材料内的非对称传输。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料,非织造材料为多层级结构,包括吸湿层、过渡导湿层和拒湿层,所述的过渡导湿层位于吸湿层与拒湿层之间,并与吸湿层、拒湿层复合,所述的吸湿层是由多种吸湿性纤维按照一定的比例组成,所述的过渡导湿层是由吸湿性纤维和PLA长丝相互穿插组成的混合纤维层,所述的拒湿层是由PLA长丝组成的蓬松纤维层。
作为优选,所述的吸湿层的克重为15~20gsm,所述的拒湿层的克重为10~15gsm,所述的过渡导湿层的克重为8~12gsm。
作为优选,所述的吸湿性纤维包括竹纤维、粘胶纤维、天丝纤维、壳聚糖纤维、甲壳素纤维、天然短纤维中的两种或两种以上。
作为优选,所述的吸湿层由以下重量份数的纤维制备而成:竹纤维30~40份、粘胶纤维50~60份、壳聚糖纤维8~12份。
作为优选,所述的吸湿层由以下重量份数的纤维制备而成:竹纤维30份、粘胶纤维60份、壳聚糖纤维10份。
作为优选,所述的吸湿层由以下重量份数的纤维制备而成:竹纤维35份、粘胶纤维55份、壳聚糖纤维10份。
作为优选,所述的吸湿层由以下重量份数的纤维制备而成:竹纤维40份、粘胶纤维50份、壳聚糖纤维10份。
一种具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制备纤维层:利用多种吸湿性纤维按照一定的比例通过复合制得吸湿层,利用聚乳酸切片通过熔体纺丝成网的方法制备成生物可降解的拒湿层;
步骤二、纤维层复合:将吸湿层与拒湿层通过复合,使得吸湿层上的部分吸湿性纤维与拒湿层上的部分PLA长丝相互穿插组成的混合纤维层——过渡导湿层,形成具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料。
作为优选,所述的步骤一中的多种吸湿性纤维由以下重量份数的纤维制备而成:竹纤维30~40份、粘胶纤维50~60份、壳聚糖纤维8~12份。
作为优选,所述的步骤一与步骤二中的复合采用热轧复合法。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料及其制备工艺,非织造材料是一种多层级结构,包括吸湿层、过渡导湿层和拒湿层,吸湿层是有多种包括竹纤维、粘胶、壳聚糖在内的多种吸湿性纤维按照一定的比例组成,拒湿层是由PLA长丝组成的蓬松纤维层,过渡导湿层是由一层由吸湿性纤维和PLA长丝组成的混合纤维层,从而使非织造材料形成多层级结构,进而实现对液体的非对称传输特性;制备工艺不使用任何化学整理剂,具有绿色、环保可降解的特性,同时竹纤维、壳聚糖抑制细菌、微生物的生长,质地轻薄柔软,能够在短时间内将液体从拒湿层快速传递到吸湿层并防止液体回渗。

参阅图1,本发明实施例提供一种具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料,非织造材料为多层级结构,包括吸湿层1、过渡导湿层2和拒湿层3,所述的过渡导湿层2位于吸湿层1与拒湿层3之间,并与吸湿层1、拒湿层3复合,所述的吸湿层1是由多种吸湿性纤维按照一定的比例组成,所述的过渡导湿层2是由吸湿性纤维和PLA长丝相互穿插组成的混合纤维层,所述的拒湿层3是由PLA长丝组成的蓬松纤维层。
其中,所述的吸湿层1的克重为15~20gsm,所述的拒湿层3的克重为10~15gsm,所述的过渡导湿层2的克重为8~12gsm。
进一步地,所述的吸湿性纤维包括竹纤维、粘胶纤维、天丝纤维、壳聚糖纤维、甲壳素纤维、天然短纤维中的两种或两种以上。

步骤二、纤维层复合:将吸湿层1与拒湿层3通过复合,使得吸湿层1上的部分吸湿性纤维与拒湿层3上的部分PLA长丝相互穿插组成的混合纤维层——过渡导湿层2,形成具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料。
其中,复合采用热轧复合法。
实施例一、
所述的吸湿层1由以下重量份数的纤维制备而成:竹纤维30份、粘胶纤维60份、壳聚糖纤维10份。
实施例二、
所述的吸湿层1由以下重量份数的纤维制备而成:竹纤维35份、粘胶纤维55份、壳聚糖纤维10份。
实施例三、
所述的吸湿层1由以下重量份数的纤维制备而成:竹纤维40份、粘胶纤维50份、壳聚糖纤维10份。
本发明一种具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料及其制备工艺,利用吸湿性纤维和PLA长丝相互穿插组成的过渡导湿层2,利用纤维之间组成的吸湿通道实现液态水或气态水从拒湿层向吸湿层快速传输,且拒湿层3上的PLA纤维层是蓬松多空隙的,在压力下能迅速捕获液体,而吸湿层1则能提供垂直方向的毛细作用力,使液体能快速传递,减少反渗量,同时,吸湿性纤维与PLA长丝纤维均绿色、环保、可生物降解,具有较高的环保性。

1.一种具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料,其特征在于:非织造材料为多层级结构,包括吸湿层(1)、过渡导湿层(2)和拒湿层(3),所述的过渡导湿层(2)位于吸湿层(1)与拒湿层(3)之间,并与吸湿层(1)、拒湿层(3)复合,所述的吸湿层(1)是由多种吸湿性纤维按照一定的比例组成,所述的过渡导湿层(2)是由吸湿性纤维和PLA长丝相互穿插组成的混合纤维层,所述的拒湿层(3)是由PLA长丝组成的蓬松纤维层;所述的吸湿层(1)的克重为15~20gsm,所述的拒湿层(3)的克重为10~15gsm,所述的过渡导湿层(2)的克重为8~12gsm;所述的吸湿性纤维包括竹纤维、粘胶纤维、天丝纤维、壳聚糖纤维、甲壳素纤维中的两种或两种以上,该具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制备纤维层:利用多种吸湿性纤维按照一定的比例通过热轧复合法制得吸湿层(1),利用聚乳酸切片通过熔体纺丝成网的方法制备成生物可降解的拒湿层(3);
步骤二、纤维层复合:将吸湿层(1)与拒湿层(3)通过热轧复合,使得吸湿层(1)上的部分吸湿性纤维与拒湿层(3)上的部分PLA长丝相互穿插组成的混合纤维层——过渡导湿层(2),形成具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有非对称传输特性的非织造材料,其特征在于: 所述的吸湿层(1)由以下重量份数的纤维制备而成:竹纤维30~40份、粘胶纤维50~60份、壳聚糖纤维8~12份。
