牌处理设备110还可以使用牌识别系统来捕获附加结果数据，以跟踪发出的各个牌和手牌。还可以比较这样的数据以确定发出的手牌(例如，皇家同花顺，满堂红等)是否基本上偏离获胜手牌的理论几率。

将从多个娱乐场桌设备收集的操作表现指标存储在中间件服务器处；
响应于在中间件服务器处接收到来自的客户终端的请求，生成响应数据集，该响应数据集包括与多个娱乐场桌设备中的至少一个相关的至少一些操作表现指标，并将响应数据集发送到请求的客户终端；和
处理响应数据集并将所述响应数据集呈现在客户终端的一个或多个输出设备处。

16.根据权利要求15所述的方法，其中，所述响应数据图标被描绘为指示娱乐场桌设备的效率参数的表。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法，其中，所述效率参数包括每小时发出的一手牌或多手牌、每小时完成的回合数、每小时的颜色数、每小时的周转、每小时抽取的牌数、每小时的洗牌数以及每个牌盒的牌回合。
18.根据权利要求12所述的方法，其中，所述请求包括用于获取多个娱乐场桌设备中的至少一个的相关联操作表现指标的桌设备标识符。
19.根据权利要求12至18中任一项所述的方法，其中，所述多个娱乐场桌设备中的每一个的操作表现指标包括以下中的一个或多个的实时记录：时间和日期；操作状态；牌计数或值；完成的手牌或游戏的数量；使用、剩余、发出、被洗牌、丢弃或烧毁的牌、手牌、牌堆或牌盒的数量；记录的游戏事件的数量；获胜或输了的手牌的数量；游戏类型；管理游戏的值班人员；玩家占用信息；玩家下注量；下注限制；桌交易；库存水平；及其组合。
20.根据权利要求12所述的方法，其中，在所述请求中指定特定时间段或持续时间，以过滤多个娱乐场桌设备中的至少一个的操作表现指标。
