所属技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种棋牌娱乐设备，尤其是一种自动发牌扑克牌桌。
背景技术
目前，扑克牌具有悠久的历史，作为娱乐游戏和比赛工具是人们所熟悉的。在进行这类娱乐和比赛活动时，要频繁的进行洗牌和发牌程序，不但枯燥、占用时间，而且容易出错和作弊，不能保证在公平、公正的条件下进行比赛，并人为的拖延比赛时间。为了减轻人工洗牌和发牌的不便，中国实用新型专利“一种自动扑克牌桌”(专利号03232467.7)公开了一种自动洗牌和发牌的扑克牌桌，但由于该专利技术在具体实施时还存在着许多缺陷，所以难以实现产业化。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的扑克牌桌的设计缺陷和不足，本实用新型提供一种发牌准确、快速、避免人工作弊的自动发牌扑克牌桌。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：自动发牌扑克牌桌包括桌面、支柱、底座，在桌面以下设有发牌机构、4～10个出牌机构和控制系统。发牌机构由吸牌风机、推牌电机、推牌滑板、飞牌电机、两个飞牌轴轮、发牌齿轮组、轴电机、和盛牌仓组成。出牌机构由出牌仓、出牌仓电机、驱动轴和出牌仓齿轮组组成。控制系统由发牌电路板、飞牌探头，出牌电路板、出牌仓探头及电脑控制板组成。
本实用新型的有益效果是，洗牌、发牌过程全自动化，无需人手参与，发牌快速、准确无误，可保证比赛或游戏的公正进行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
自动发牌扑克牌桌，包括桌面、支柱和底座，在桌面以下设有发牌机构，4个出牌机构和控制系统。
发牌机构由吸牌风机6、推牌电机8、推牌滑板7、飞牌电机24、两个飞牌轴轮4、发牌齿轮组18、轴电机9、和盛牌仓5组成。
如图4，盛牌仓5由前挡板20、前左挡板21、后左挡板22、后挡板23、后右挡板25组成，在盛牌仓5的前右部位为发牌齿轮箱17，其右侧为发牌齿轮箱盖板27。
吸牌风机6的上部设有机头架板14，并与盛牌仓5的底部相通。推牌电机8位于机头架板14的后部，其轴向为垂直方向，其轴上连接有偏心轮26；推牌滑板7位于盛牌仓5的底部，并位于机头架板14之上。推牌滑板7上设有16个孔，与吸牌风机6的进风口相通；其后部设有一凸台11，高度与一张扑克牌的厚度相同。飞牌电机24的轴向为水平方向，与发牌齿轮组18啮合，再与两个飞牌轮轴4啮合；飞牌轮轴4的一端设有飞牌探头19。轴电机9的轴向为垂直方向，通过旋转轴头13、轴板12与机头架板14固定连接。
出牌机构由出牌仓2、出牌仓电机29、驱动轴34和出牌仓齿轮组(30)组成。出牌仓电机29位于出牌仓2的一侧，通过出牌仓齿轮组30与驱动轴34连接，在出牌仓2内设有出牌仓探头32。
如图5，出牌仓2上部设有出牌仓盖板3、出牌仓口36、出牌仓架板31、底部为出牌仓护牌板28。
控制系统由发牌电路板15、飞牌探头19，出牌仓电路板33、出牌仓探头32及电脑控制板10组成。
先将一副或多副扑克牌面朝下放入盛牌仓5中，控制系统根据控制面板37的按钮操作，由随机数发生器产生的发牌方位随机数控制轴电机9的机头旋转到指定方位的出牌仓2，此时飞牌电机24开启，带动发牌齿轮组18转动，使飞牌轮轴4高速旋转；吸牌风机6开启，吸引盛牌仓2中最下面的一张扑克牌16吸贴到推牌滑板7上，推牌电机8经偏心轮26使推牌滑板7前后运动，把扑克牌16推入两个飞牌轮轴4中间，由飞牌轮轴4的高速转动，扑克牌16被射入出牌仓2中。由随机数发生器产生发牌张数随机数决定本次扑克牌的发牌张数，轴电机9由发牌方位随机数决定发牌方位，重复以上过程，即可实现自动发牌。而洗牌则由发牌张数和方位的随机性而实现。每次的发牌数及方位的顺序均是随机的，但向每个方位出牌仓2的发牌总数由控制面板37的按钮确定，可根据不同的游戏方式和规则随意变动。由飞牌探头19检测出发入每个出牌仓2中的总张数，达到预设值时，发牌结束。
发牌结束时，由玩家按动桌面上的手动按钮，或控制系统通过发牌电路板15启动出牌仓电机29工作，带动出牌仓齿轮组30、再带动驱动轴34、挡牌板35使出牌仓2向上旋转，使出牌仓盖25打开，发好的扑克牌由出牌仓2弹出，玩家取走牌后，通过出牌仓探头32检测到信号，使出牌仓盖25关闭。
上面已结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行了示例性的描述，显然本实用新型不限于此，在本实用新型范围内进行的各种改型均没有超出本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1、一种自动发牌扑克牌桌，包括桌面、支柱和底座，其特征在于：在桌面以下设有发牌机构、4～10个出牌机构和控制系统。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自动发牌扑克牌桌，其特征在于，所述的发牌机构由吸牌风机(6)、推牌电机(8)、推牌滑板(7)、飞牌电机(24)、两个飞牌轴轮(4)、发牌齿轮组(18)、轴电机(9)、和盛牌仓(5)组成。
3、根据权利要求2所述的自动发牌扑克牌桌，其特征在于，所述的吸牌风机(6)的上部设有机头架板(14)，并与盛牌仓(5)的底部相通。
4、根据权利要求2所述的自动发牌扑克牌桌，其特征在于，所述的推牌电机(8)位于机头架板(14)的后部，其轴向为垂直或水平方向，其轴上装有偏心轮(26)；所述的推牌滑板(7)位于盛牌仓(5)的底部，并位于机头架板(14)之上。
5、根据权利要求2或4所述的自动发牌扑克牌桌，其特征在于，所述的推牌滑板(7)上设有孔，与吸牌风机(6)的进风口相通；其后部设有一凸台(11)，高度与一张扑克牌的厚度大致相同。
6、根据权利要求2所述的自动发牌扑克牌桌，其特征在于，所述的飞牌电机(24)的轴向为水平方向，与发牌齿轮组(18)啮合，再与两个飞牌轮轴(4)啮合；飞牌轮轴(4)的一端设有飞牌探头(19)。
7、根据权利要求2所述的自动发牌扑克牌桌，其特征在于，所述的轴电机(9)的轴向为垂直方向，通过旋转轴头(13)、轴板(12)与机头架板(14)固定连接。
8、根据权利要求2所述的自动发牌扑克牌桌，其特征在于，所述的出牌机构由出牌仓(2)、出牌仓电机(29)、驱动轴(34)和出牌仓齿轮组(30)组成。
9、根据权利要求8所述的自动发牌扑克牌桌，其特征在于，所述的出牌仓电机(29)位于出牌仓(2)的一侧，通过出牌仓齿轮组(30)与驱动轴(34)连接，在出牌仓(2)内设有出牌仓探头(32)。
10、根据权利要求1所述的自动发牌扑克牌桌，其特征在于，所述的控制系统由发牌电路板(15)、飞牌探头(19)，出牌仓电路板(33)、出牌仓探头(32)及电脑控制板(10)组成。
