发明内容

因此,位置传感器245可以用于检测锁栓238的位置并且在到达硬止挡件停止之前,停止、减慢和/或反转电动机224,从而至少部分地吸收由硬止挡件和电动机驱动生成的负载。这增加了螺栓模块212和电机224的寿命。传感器245可以是任何类型的开关、传感器、换能器/变压器、编码器等,其能够实现如在此所述的螺栓模块212的功能。另外地或替代地,可以在电机轴和导向螺杆之间使用柔性耦接(未示出),以便在负载到达齿轮组226和电机224之前吸收负载。
在该示例中,电池隔室214限定电池轴254并且至少部分地容纳电池模型216。电池模型216包括电源246(例如,电池)和使得能够从电源246提取电力的电接触(未示出)。电接触可以至少部分地凹入电池隔室214内,使得电源246可以容易地在电池隔室214内滑动。在该示例中,电源246可以是“D”尺寸的电池,并且因此,电池隔室214的尺寸和形状被设计成接收一个“D”电池。尽管可以根据需要或期望使用其他电池类型、布置和电源。附加地或替代地,电子锁栓200可以可连接到其放置在其中的结构的线路电源。

电池隔室214限定电池轴254,电源246沿着该电池轴254定位。电池轴254与螺栓轴234大致平行于螺栓轴234但偏离螺栓轴234。另外,电池轴254和螺栓轴234都大致正交于面板204的纵向轴线206。该配置使得能够经由面板204接近电源246和锁栓238的伸展/缩回。而且,因为包含部件的壳体202的形状和尺寸被设计为仅需要两个钻孔,所以电子锁栓组件200在门中的安装更容易。总的来说,以减小整体空间、简化安装(即使是未经训练的购买者)的方式构造和配置电子锁栓200,例如,通过使用标准尺寸的钻头,并限制最终用户对关键内部部件(例如,电机和电路板)的接近。

螺栓隔室210包括一个或多个突出通道231,使得(图3A和图3B中所示)支撑件230可以如上所述地接合在螺栓隔室210内。在该示例中,通道231可以定位在螺栓隔室210的顶部,使得螺栓隔室210的底部具有用于螺栓模块的部件(例如,电路板227(图3A中所示)的空间。电池隔室214包括在其中限定的凹槽260,使得用于电源的电接触可以定位在电池隔室214内。在该示例中,凹槽260可以定位在电池隔室的顶部,使得触点更靠近螺栓模块。
围绕壳体202的第一端209的周边,限定有唇缘262,使得壳体202可以如上所述固定在面板204的壳体延伸部244周围(如图3B所示)。在该示例中,唇缘262围绕第一端209的整个周边延伸,以便增加壳体202和面板204连接的结构刚度。另外,限定在壳体202上的卡扣锁连接220可以包括弹性臂264,该弹性臂264中限定有开口266,以与面板204上的对应突起270接合(如图5所示)。在其他示例中,螺栓隔室210和电池隔室214可以具有类似的内部特征,使得壳体202是对称的,并且当将壳体202附接到面板时,螺栓隔室210和电池隔室214的定向无关紧要。
图5是电子锁栓200的面板204的透视图(如图2A至图3A所示)。面板204的特定部件可以是上面描述过的,因此,不必进一步描述。面板204限定沿纵向轴线206大致对齐的电池开口248和螺栓开口242。螺栓开口242的尺寸和形状被设计成对应于锁栓238(图3A和图3B中所示),并且电池开口248的尺寸和形状被设计成对应于电源246(图3A和图3B中所示)。这样,螺栓开口242具有与电池开口248不同的尺寸和形状。在其他示例中,螺栓开口242和电池开口248的尺寸和/或形状可以大致相似。电池开口248还包括内螺纹,使得盖子250(如图3A和图3B所示)能够固定在面板204上。
另外,壳体延伸部244从一侧延伸并且包括肩部268,肩部268被配置为至少部分地容纳在壳体202的唇缘262内(如图4所示)。在一些示例中,围绕螺栓开口242的肩部268可以与围绕电池开口248的肩部268分离,使得单独的螺栓隔室210和电池隔室214可以耦接到其上。为了将面板204固定到壳体202,限定在面板204上的卡扣锁连接220可以包括突起270,该突起270用于与壳体202上的相应开口266接合(如图4所示)。

Claims (20)

面板;
壳体,该壳体包括第一端和相对的第二端,其中所述第一端能够释放地耦接到所述面板,其中所述壳体还包括限定螺栓轴的螺栓隔室和限定电池轴的电池隔室,并且其中所述螺栓轴大致平行于所述电池轴并且偏离所述电池轴,并且所述螺栓隔室在邻近所述壳体的所述第二端与所述电池隔室分离;以及
设置在所述螺栓隔室内的螺栓模块,其中所述螺栓模块包括电机和锁栓,并且其中所述锁栓被配置为沿着所述螺栓轴从所述面板选择性地线性延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子锁栓,其中所述螺栓隔室和所述电池隔室都大致为圆柱形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电子锁栓,其中所述螺栓隔室具有第一外径,并且所述电池隔室具有第二外径,并且其中所述第一外径约等于所述第二外径。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电子锁栓,其中所述螺栓隔室和所述电池隔室的直径约为11/4英寸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电子锁栓,其中所述壳体还包括在所述第一端处至少部分地设置在所述螺栓隔室和所述电池隔室之间的间隔件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电子锁栓,其中所述螺栓模块还包括导向螺杆,所述导向螺杆被配置为通过电机绕所述螺栓轴旋转,并且所述锁栓耦接到所述导向螺杆。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电子锁栓,其中所述螺栓模块还包括耦接到所述螺栓隔室的内表面的支撑件,其中所述支撑件与所述锁栓接合,使得在所述导向螺杆旋转时,防止所述锁栓旋转而使所述导向螺杆的旋转运动转换为所述锁栓的直线运动。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电子锁栓,其中所述支撑件至少部分地支撑所述螺栓隔室内的电机和锁栓。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电子锁栓,其中所述电子锁栓还包括能够与邻近所述电池隔室的面板螺纹地耦接的大致圆柱形的盖子。
10.一种电子锁栓,包括:
螺栓隔室,其具有螺栓轴并且用于容纳螺栓模块,其中所述螺栓模块包括:
电机;
导向螺杆,其被配置为通过所述电机围绕所述螺栓轴旋转;以及
锁栓,其耦接到所述导向螺杆并且当所述导向螺杆旋转时,所述锁栓能够沿着所述螺栓轴从所述螺栓隔室线性延伸;
电池隔室,所述电池隔室具有电池轴并且用于容纳电池模块,其中所述螺栓轴大致平行于所述电池轴并且偏离所述电池轴;以及
面板,所述面板能够释放地耦接到所述螺栓隔室和所述电池隔室。
11.根据权利要求10所述的电子锁栓,其中所述螺栓隔室和所述电池隔室耦接在一起以形成单个外壳。
12.根据权利要求11所述的电子锁栓,其中所述螺栓隔室和所述电池隔室的至少一部分通过间隙隔开。
13.根据权利要求10所述的电子锁栓,其中所述螺栓隔室和所述电池隔室都大致为圆柱形。
14.根据权利要求13所述的电子锁栓,其中所述螺栓隔室具有第一外径,并且所述电池隔室具有第二外径,并且其中所述第一外径约等于所述第二外径。
15.根据权利要求13所述的电子锁栓,其中所述螺栓隔室独立于所述电池隔室。
16.根据权利要求10所述的电子锁栓,其中所述面板包括从其延伸的肩部,并且隔室包括唇缘,并且当隔室耦接到面板时,所述肩部与所述唇缘接合。
17.根据权利要求10所述的电子锁栓,其中所述螺栓隔室和所述电池隔室利用卡扣连接件被耦接到所述面板。
18.根据权利要求10所述的电子锁栓,其中所述螺栓隔室包括位置传感器。
19.一种在门上安装电子锁栓的方法,所述方法包括:
在门上钻出彼此相邻的两个大致圆柱形的孔;
将所述电子锁栓的至少一部分插入到两个圆柱形的孔中,其中所述电子锁栓包括面板和壳体,所述壳体包括螺栓隔室和电池隔室,其中每个隔室插入相应的孔内,并且其中螺栓模块设置在螺栓隔室内,并且电池模块设置在电池隔室内;以及
将所述面板固定在门上。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中所述方法还包括将电源插入到所述电池隔室中。
