Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种插芯自动锁,它主要由锁壳、天地栓、锁舌部件、锁头齿轮、拨盘及转盘部件组成。在锁壳内,天地栓与锁舌部件连接,所述锁舌部件与转盘部件连接,在转盘部件上设有拨盘,所述拨盘上的齿与锁头齿轮啮合。由于采用上述方案,本实用新型具有结构简单,成本低,防盗性能好等优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种锁具,尤其是一种插芯自动锁。
目前,公知的门锁种类较多,虽然各自在技术上已有改进,但仍然还有不同程度的缺陷,常见为工艺复杂,结构不合理,成本过高。由于上述原因,使部件之间磨损过快,进而造成门锁开启困难。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构紧凑、制造成本低、使用寿命长及防盗性能好的插芯自动锁。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的:它主要由锁壳、天地栓、锁舌部件、锁头齿轮、拨盘及转盘部件组成。在锁壳内,天地栓与锁舌部件连接,所述锁舌部件与转盘部件连接,在转盘部件上设有拨盘,所述拨盘上的齿与锁头齿轮啮合。当门框碰压锁舌部件上的活动头时,锁舌部件在扭簧的作用下快速弹出,并带动天地栓同时伸出,自动上锁。开锁时,随着钥匙的转动,锁头齿轮带动拨盘转动,当拨盘转动时,转盘部件也随之转动,此时,由转盘部件拉动锁舌部件与天地栓作平移,使之缩回原位,达到开锁的目的。
由于采用上述方案,本实用新型具有结构简单,成本低,防盗性能好。

图中1.面板,2.锁壳,3.天地栓,4.锁舌部件,5.锁扣,6.锁头齿轮,7.扭簧,8.拨盘,9.扭簧定心压轴,10.转盘部件,11.保险轴,12.导向销。
如图所示,本实用新型主要由锁壳2、天地栓3、锁舌部件4、锁头齿轮6、拨盘8及转盘部件10等组成。在锁壳2上设有面板1,天地栓3与锁舌部件4连接,所述锁舌部件4与转盘部件10连接,在转盘部件10上设有拨盘8,所述拨盘8和扭簧7由扭簧定心压轴9固定,该拨盘8上的齿与锁头齿轮6啮合。当门框碰压锁舌部件4上的活动头时,锁舌部件4在扭簧7的作用下快速弹出,并带动天地栓3同时伸出,自动上锁。开锁时,随着钥匙的转动,锁头齿轮6带动拨盘8转动,当拨盘8转动时,转盘部件10也随之转动,此时,由转盘部件10拉动锁舌部件4与天地栓3作平移,使之缩回原位,达到开锁的目的。在打开状态时,锁舌部件4由锁扣5制定,在锁扣5的下端设有锁舌部件导向销12。为了安全,在锁舌部件4处设有保险轴11。

1、一种插芯自动锁,它包括锁壳(2)、天地栓(3)、锁舌部件(4)、锁头齿轮(6)、拨盘(8)及转盘部件(10),其特征在于:所述天地栓(3)与锁舌部件(4)连接,所述锁舌部件(4)与转盘部件(10)连接,在转盘部件(10)上设有拨盘(8),所述拨盘(8)和扭簧(7)由扭簧定心压轴(9)固定,该拨盘(8)上的齿与锁头齿轮(6)啮合。
