Abstract

以下描述涉及转向柱组件,且更具体涉及可回缩的转向柱组件。
背景技术
当一些车辆装备有自主驾驶辅助系统时,其可以使转向柱和转向盘回缩远离驾驶员且收藏它们成为可能,以为非驾驶相关活动(例如工作、阅读和玩游戏)提供空间。然而,如果自主驾驶员辅助系统放弃控制,转向盘恢复至驾驶位置的典型时间可能长于驾驶员重新获得安全控制所要求的时间。
因此,合乎需要的是提供使驾驶员能够使转向盘从回缩位置快速恢复的转向柱组件。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个例示性实施方案,提供了转向柱组件。转向柱组件包括转向柱轴。所述转向柱组件还包括使 调节促动器安装板在回缩范围内平移的回缩促动器。所述转向柱还包括安装在调节促动器安装板上以使转向柱支架在调节范围内平移的调节促动器。所述转向柱支架使转向柱轴在转向柱轴移动范围内平移。所述转向柱轴移动范围为回缩范围和调节范围的总和。

现在来看附图,在此本发明将参考具体实施方案描述,而不限制本发明,图1说明例示性车辆10,例如安装了自主驾驶辅助转向(“ADAS”)的车辆,一般其具有可回缩的转向柱组件14。所述转向柱组件14一般包括转向柱轴16和与其联接的转向输入设备,例如转向盘18。

在某些实施方案中,转向盘18可以响应于自主驾驶事件的引发而自动回缩在回缩位置20。同样地,在自主驾驶事件结束时或当自主驾驶系统需要驾驶员的输入时,转向盘18可以延伸到驾驶位置22以将控制提供给驾驶员。因此,可能需要快速使转向盘22延伸到驾驶位置22,以根据需要将控制提供给驾驶员。
来看图2和3,显示了转向柱组件210的一个说明性实施方案。在所说明的实施方案中,所述转向柱组件210包括转向柱轴211、柱护套212、组件支架214、调节促动器220和回缩促动器230。所述转向柱组件210可以快速使转向柱轴211延伸和回缩,以根据需要使驾驶员接近转向盘。

在所说明的实施方案中,调节促动器220包括导螺杆221、转向柱支架222和马达223以及调节促动器安装板224。调节促动器220允许在伸出位置对转向柱轴211进行调节且可以用于提供转向柱轴211的至少一些回缩。在所说明的实施方案中,调节促动器220通过调节促动器安装板224安装到回缩促动器230以允许回缩促动器230使调节促动器220平移,促进回缩促动器230和调节促动器220的串行操作。
在所说明的实施方案中,调节促动器220为使转向柱支架222平移的任何合适的促动器。在某些实施方案中,调节促动器220为具有导螺杆221的螺杆型促动器。所述导螺杆221可以通过马达223旋转。在某些实施方案中,转向柱支架222通过螺纹接合到导螺杆221且当导螺杆221以任一方向旋转时,沿着导螺杆221平移。转向柱支架轨道226可以引导转向柱支架222。
在所说明的实施方案中,转向柱支架222直接或通过柱护套212联接到转向柱轴211。调节促动器220构造成沿着调节范围A移动转向柱支架222。在某些实施方案中,调节促动器220在约10-12毫米/秒的速率下使转向柱支架222平移。调节范围A可以在最小调节位置A1和最大调节位置A2之间延伸。在某些实施方案中,调节范围A可以为40-60毫米。
因此,转向柱支架222的位置可以沿着调节范围A平移以向柱轴211和附接的转向盘提供调节范围,以使驾驶员舒适。具体而言,当转向柱轴211在一般伸出位置时,可以提供调节范围A以使驾驶员舒适。需要的位置可以储存为记忆位置Am。
另外,当柱轴211在回缩位置时,调节促动器220可以使转向柱支架222回缩至最小调节位置A1以对驾驶员提供额外的空间。有利地,调节促动器220可以回缩到最小调节位置A1,而回缩促动器230同时回缩以提高柱轴211的整体回缩速度。在某些实施方案中,调节促动器220可以采用用户记忆位置Am以在轴回缩且在后面重新伸出之后保持柱轴211的调节位置。
在所说明的实施方案中,回缩促动器230包括导螺杆231、马达233、回缩促动器安装板234和调节促动器安装板224。回缩促动器230一般允许转向柱轴211从至少部分回缩位置平移到伸出位置。在所说明的实施方案中,回缩促动器230可以使调节促动器220平移,促进回缩促动器230和调节促动器220的串行操作。
在所说明的实施方案中,回缩促动器230为任何合适的促动器以使调节促动器安装板224平移。在所说明的实施方案中,回缩促动器230通过回缩促动器安装板234联接到组件支架214。在某些实施方案中,回缩促动器230为具有导螺杆231的螺杆型促动器。导螺杆231可以通过马达233旋转。在某些实施方案中,调节促动器安装板224通过螺纹接合到导螺杆231且当导螺杆231在任一方向中旋转时,沿着导螺杆231平移。安装板轨道236可以引导调节促动器安装板224。
在例示性实施方案中,回缩促动器230构造成沿着回缩范围R移动调节促动器安装板224和调节促动器220。在某些实施方案中,回缩促动器230在约10-12毫米/秒的速率下使调节促动器安装板224平移。回缩范围R可以在回缩位置R1和伸出位置R2之间延伸。在某些实施方案中,回缩范围R可以为90-110毫米。此外,可调节的促动器安装板224的位置可以通过使调节促动器220的转向柱支架222平移而调节转向柱轴211的位置。
有利地,回缩促动器230可以与调节促动器220串行工作以提供转向柱轴211的快速平移。此外,调节促动器220和回缩促动器230的串行布置可以合并操作范围R和A以提供总的平移范围S。转向柱轴移动范围S可以在完全回缩位置S1和完全延伸位置S2之间延伸。在所说明的实施方案中,转向柱轴移动范围S可以为130-170毫米。
因此,由于调节促动器220和回缩促动器230串行操作,调节促动器220和回缩促动器230的同时操作允许使平移速率翻倍,同时在转向柱轴移动范围S内提供宽范围的平移。在所说明的实施方案中,转向柱轴211可以在约20-24毫米/秒的速率下在转向柱轴移动范围S内平移。
在操作期间,转向柱轴211可以回缩以将转向盘放到位置S1。在某些实施方案中,转向柱轴211可以在自主车辆操作或任何其他合适的事件期间回缩。为了促进回缩,回缩促动器230可以回缩到回缩位置R1。此外,调节促动器220可以同时回缩到最小延伸位置A1。有利地,由于调节促动器220和回缩促动器230串行操作,与通过单个促动器促动相比,转向柱轴211可以更快速移动。
在转向柱轴211延伸期间,转向柱轴211可以从完全回缩位置S1延伸到需要的位置。在某些实施方案中,当自主车辆操作结束时或另外当需要驾驶员输入时,转向柱轴211可以延伸。在某些实施方案中,转向柱轴211延伸到完全延伸位置S2。为了促进延伸,回缩促动器230从回缩位置R1延伸到伸出位置R2。同时,调节促动器220从最小延伸A1延伸至最大延伸A2。有利地,使用调节促动器220和回缩促动器230两者允许转向柱轴211可以快速延伸。
在某些实施方案中,在延伸期间,转向柱轴211可以延伸到预定的记忆位置Sm。在某些实施方案中,当回缩促动器230在位置R2完全伸出时,调节促动器220的记忆位置Am对应于转向柱轴211记忆位置Sm。
在某些实施方案中,在转向柱轴211延伸期间,当回缩促动器230业已在位置R2完全伸出时,调节促动器220可以延伸到记忆位置Am。为了加快转向柱轴211延伸到记忆位置Sm,调节促动器220可以继续使柱轴支架222延伸超过Am位置,至调节促动器220的最大延伸A2,以允许促动器220和230两者继续串行地使转向柱轴211延伸。在转向柱轴211业已达到需要的记忆位置Sm之后,回缩促动器230可以继续延伸到伸出位置R2,而可调节的促动器220可以翻转平移方向,以达到位置Am,允许转向柱轴211保持记忆位置Sm。

安装在所述调节促动器安装板上以使转向柱支架在调节范围内平移的调节促动器,所述转向柱支架构造成使所述转向柱轴在转向柱轴移动范围内平移,所述转向柱轴移动范围为所述回缩范围和所述调节范围的总和。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其特征在于,所述回缩促动器使所述调节促动器安装板在所述回缩范围内平移且所述调节促动器使所述转向柱支架在所述调节范围内平移,以对应于在所述转向柱轴移动范围内的记忆位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的转向柱组件,其特征在于,所述回缩促动器使调节促动器安装板在所述回缩范围内平移到伸出位置。
4.根据权利要求2所述的转向柱组件,其特征在于,所述回缩促动器使调节促动器安装板在所述回缩范围内平移到非伸出位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其特征在于,所述调节促动器安装板在安装板轨道上平移。
6.根据权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其特征在于,同时地,所述回缩促动器使所述调节促动器安装板平移且所述调节促动器使所述转向柱支架平移。
7.根据权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其特征在于,所述回缩促动器和所述调节促动器响应于自主驾驶事件而激活。
8.一种使转向柱轴伸出和回缩的方法,所述方法包括:
通过回缩促动器使调节促动器在回缩范围内平移;
通过所述调节促动器使转向柱支架在调节范围内平移;和
通过所述转向柱支架使转向柱轴在转向柱轴移动范围内平移,所述转向柱轴移动范围为所述回缩范围和所述调节范围的总和。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括通过所述回缩促动器使所述调节促动器安装板在所述回缩范围内平移,并且通过所述调节促动器使所述转向柱支架在所述调节范围内平移,以对应于在所述转向柱轴移动范围内的记忆位置。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括通过所述回缩促动器使所述调节促动器安装板在所述回缩范围内平移到伸出位置。
11.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括通过所述回缩促动器使所述调节促动器安装板在所述回缩范围内平移到非伸出位置。
12.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括使所述调节促动器安装板在安装板轨道上平移。
13.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括,同时地,通过所述回缩促动器使所述调节促动器安装板平移且通过所述调节促动器使所述转向柱支架平移。
14.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括响应于自主驾驶事件而激活所述回缩促动器和所述调节促动器。
15.一种车辆,其包括:
转向柱组件,其包括:
转向柱轴;
柱护套;
联接到所述转向柱轴上的转向盘;
