Abstract

技术领域
本申请一般涉及用于容置和分发产品的包装。更具体地,本发明涉及具有可释放的闭合装置的双室包装,所述可释放的闭合装置允许重复的开启和闭合所述包装的所述室。
背景技术
存在多种用于容置和分发可食产品的包装设备。这样的包装可以被设计以允许重复的开启和闭合以通往其中容纳的产品。一种类型的可再次开启的包装包括具有产品容置室和可折叠的翼状覆盖物的包装。
一种这样的用于容置和分发胶基糖棒(stick)或厚片(slab)的包装的实施例在共同转让(commonly assigned)的美国专利号7,159,717中被示出,其中所述包装包括被铰接结构分开的两个室,其中所述两个室可以在彼此之上被可折叠地闭合以允许从其中分发所述咀嚼胶基糖厚片的开启位置至闭合位置之间安置所述产品。

发明内容
在本发明的一个实施方案中,提供一种用于容置和分发多个细长可食产品的包装组件。提供包装壳体用于支承所述产品。所述包装壳体包括第一产品容置室以及由铰接结构分开的第二产品容置室。每个产品容置室具有邻近所述铰接结构的开口端。所述产品容置室可围绕所述铰接结构以类似书的方式折叠。可释放的闭合装置被施加于每个室并且被定位为对齐的面对面关系,用来在围绕所述铰接结构可闭合地折叠所述室时相互接合。所述可释放的闭合装置选自于由夹子(clip)、配对的钩环紧固件(mating hook and loop fastener)、磁性紧固件(magnetic fastener)、压敏标签(pressure sensitive label)、静电吸附膜(static clingfilm)、压敏粘合剂(pressure sensitive adhesive)和相互配合的机械设备(interfittingmechanical device)组成的组。

具体实施方式
本发明提供用于包装的可释放的闭合装置。被预期的是,所述可释放的闭合装置可以被使用以允许包装的可再次开启的闭合。在其宽泛的方面,本发明采用闭合设备以使两个包装的室维持闭合。当这些包装部件被开启时,它们提供通向所述包装的所述内容物的途径。
如本文中自始至终使用的,术语“可释放的闭合装置”或“可释放的闭合设备”可以指代广泛种类的机制和/或材料,当被结合在一起时,所述机制和/或材料形成可释放的耦合(coupling)。当这样的材料和/或机制被放置在包装的两个部分或两个室上时,所述材料和/或机制提供那些部分的可释放的耦合装置。各种非限定性的实施例将在下文被描述。
本发明在一方面将可释放的闭合装置施加于或贴在具有围绕铰接件相互可闭合的两个产品容置室或部分的产品包装。
图1和2示出本发明的一个实施方案。此处所示的包装是用于容置和分发多个可食产品的便携式袖珍包装。在本实施方案中,所述产品可以包括胶基糖厚片,所述胶基糖厚片可选地可以包括在其上的单独的包装材料。所述包装包括以类似书配置的一对室,其中所述包装可以围绕铰接件的任一侧被开启和闭合。所述包装是通过使用可释放的闭合装置被可释放地保持于所述闭合位置,所述可释放的闭合装置被贴在或以其他方式被施加于所述铰接件一侧或两侧上的所述室。
包装10也可以被提供以外包装(未示出),以环保地密封所述包装的所述内容物。如果期望,所述外包装可以采用防揭换条(tamper evident strip)。
包装10包括包装壳体11,并且一般由平坦坯件折叠的纸板材料形成。尽管纸板是优选的材料,其他公知材料及其组合也可以被采用。这样的材料可以包括纸板、卡纸板、层压材料、箔及其组合。本发明所述包装10可以由单一平坦纸板坯件或一对彼此固定的纸板坯件形成。

如在下文中将被进一步详细描述的,边50和52重叠的位置形成铰接件55用于提供所述包装壳体11由示于图1的开启状态到示于图2的闭合状态以类似书的方式可折叠的闭合。所述铰接件55通过铰接脊(hinge spine)56和在其两侧的一对铰接连接部(hingejoints)57和58被限定。如由图1和图2可以理解的,所述包装壳体11可以围绕铰接件55以类似书的方式被开启以致使所述胶基糖厚片20可获取,并且以从所述开放袋形区16和18分发所述胶基糖厚片。所述包装壳体11可以被移动至如图2所示的可折叠的闭合位置以阻止通往所述开放袋形区16和18,并阻止从其中移出所述胶基糖厚片20。因此,在典型的使用中,消费者将保持所述包装壳体11处于如图2所示的闭合状态直到期望从其中移出一个或更多个胶基糖厚片这样的时刻。在那时,消费者将围绕铰接件55开启所述包装壳体11至如图1所示的所述开启状态。期望数量的胶基糖厚片20可以从袋形区16和18被移出,并且随后消费者可以再次闭合所述包装壳体11至图3所示的状态。所述包装被设计以按照消费者的需要所要求的那样重复地被开启和闭合。
尽管本发明的包装围绕铰接装置被开启,但在这些室之间的其他类型的可开启的移动是可预期的。这样的其他类型的结构可以包括,例如,滑动覆盖物。
为了保持所述包装壳体11处于闭合状态,本发明采用了被施加于或以其他方式贴在所述室12和14的可释放的闭合装置。
在本实施方案中,前壁26和28上的位置60和62示意性地代表可释放的闭合装置材料的大体放置。所述包装壳体将通过所述位置60和62的接合被可释放地保留于闭合状态。然而,此接合是这样的,在保持所述包装壳体11处于闭合状态的同时,其可以容易地被消费者释放,并且所述包装壳体可以从所述闭合状态被铰接到所述开启状态。这容许所述包装的重复的开启和闭合。所述闭合装置是这样的,在其可以容易地被开启的同时,其在重力下保持闭合。

在每个室上的可释放的闭合装置,所述闭合装置以对齐的面对面关系被定位,以在围绕所述铰接结构可闭合地折叠所述室时相互接合;
其中所述可释放的闭合装置选自由夹子、配对的钩环紧固件、磁性紧固件、压敏标签、静电吸附膜、压敏粘合剂和相互配合的机械设备组成的组。
方案2.如方案1的包装组件,其中每个所述产品室包括开放区域和封闭区域,所述开放区域被所述开口端限定,并且其中所述开放区域大于所述封闭区域。
方案3.如方案2的包装组件,其中所述封闭区域被前壁限定。
方案4.如方案3的包装组件,其中所述前壁包括所述可释放的闭合装置。
方案5.如方案1-4的包装组件,其中所述夹子是以粘接方式被固定到一个所述产品容纳室,所述夹子具有铰接结构和可移除地可接合到所述另一个产品容纳室的部分,用于提供所述包装壳体的所述可释放的闭合。
方案6.如方案1-4的包装组件,其中所述配对的钩环紧固件包括所述钩紧固件和所述环紧固件,所述钩紧固件被放置于一个所述室上,并且所述环紧固件被置于另一个所述室上。
方案7.如方案1-4的包装组件,其中所述磁性紧固件被分别施加于所述室并且是可互相吸引的。
方案8.如方案1-4的包装组件,其中所述压敏标签被分别施加于所述室。
方案9.如方案1-4的包装组件,其中所述静电吸附膜被分别施加于所述室。
方案10.如方案1-4的包装组件,其中所述压敏粘合剂被分别施加于所述室。
方案11.如方案10的包装组件,其中所述压敏粘合剂被分别施加于所述室的所述前壁上的选择位置。
方案12.如方案1-4的包装组件,其中所述相互配合的机械设备包括配对的拉链类锁定装置。
方案13.如方案12的包装组件,其中所述拉链型类锁定装置包括延伸构件和相互配合的接受构件,所述延伸构件被施加于一个所述室,并且所述相互配合的接受构件被施加于另一个所述室。
方案14.如方案1-4的包装组件,其中所述相互配合的机械设备包括配对的闩和接受座,其中所述闩被置于所述室之一上,并且所述接受座被置于另一个所述室上。
方案15.如方案1-4的包装组件,其中所述相互配合的机械设备包括至少一个配对的凸舌和接受座,其中所述凸舌被置于所述室之一上,并且所述接受座被置于另一个所述室上。

Claims (16)
1.一种用于容纳和分发多个细长可食产品的包装组件,所述包装组件包括:
用于支承所述产品的包装壳体;
所述包装壳体包括第一产品容纳室和被铰接结构分开的第二产品容纳室;
每个所述产品容纳室具有邻近所述铰接结构的开口端,所述产品容纳室是围绕所述铰接结构以类似书的方式可折叠的;以及
在每个所述室上的可释放的闭合装置,所述闭合装置以对齐的面对面关系被定位,以在围绕所述铰接结构可闭合地折叠所述室时相互接合;
其中每个所述产品室包括开放区域和封闭区域,所述开放区域被所述开口端限定,并且其中所述开放区域大于所述封闭区域。
2.如权利要求1所述的包装组件,其中所述封闭区域被前壁限定。
3.如权利要求2所述的包装组件,其中所述前壁包括所述可释放的闭合装置。
4.如权利要求1所述的包装组件,其中所述可释放的闭合装置选自由配对的钩环紧固件、磁性紧固件、压敏标签、静电吸附膜、压敏粘合剂和相互配合的机械设备组成的组。
5.如权利要求4所述的包装组件,其中所述配对的钩环紧固件包括所述钩紧固件和所述环紧固件,所述钩紧固件被置于一个所述室上,并且所述环紧固件被置于另一个所述室上。
6.如权利要求4所述的包装组件,其中所述磁性紧固件被分别施加于所述室并且是可互相吸引的。
7.如权利要求4所述的包装组件,其中所述压敏标签被分别施加于所述室。
8.如权利要求4所述的包装组件,其中所述静电吸附膜被分别施加于所述室。
9.如权利要求4所述的包装组件,其中所述压敏粘合剂被分别施加于所述室。
10.如权利要求9所述的包装组件,其中所述压敏粘合剂被分别施加于所述室的所述前壁上的选择位置。
11.如权利要求4所述的包装组件,其中所述相互配合的机械设备包括配对的拉链类锁定装置。
12.如权利要求11所述的包装组件,其中所述拉链型类锁定装置包括延伸构件和相互配合的接受构件,所述延伸构件被施加于一个所述室,并且所述相互配合的接受构件被施加于另一个所述室。
13.如权利要求4所述的包装组件,其中所述相互配合的机械设备包括配对的闩和接受座,其中所述闩被置于所述室之一上,并且所述接受座被置于另一个所述室上。
14.如权利要求4所述的包装组件,其中所述相互配合的机械设备包括至少一个配对的凸舌和接受座,其中所述凸舌被置于所述室之一上,并且所述接受座被置于另一个所述室上。
15.一种用于容纳和分发多个细长可食产品的包装组件,所述包装组件包括:
用于支承所述产品的包装壳体;
所述包装壳体包括第一产品容纳室和被铰接结构分开的第二产品容纳室;
每个所述产品容纳室具有邻近所述铰接结构的开口端,所述产品容纳室是围绕所述铰接结构以类似书的方式可折叠的;以及
在每个所述室上的可释放的闭合装置,所述闭合装置以对齐的面对面关系被定位,以在围绕所述铰接结构可闭合地折叠所述室时相互接合;
其中每个所述产品容纳室包括开放区域和封闭区域,所述封闭区域被前壁限定,并且其中所述可释放的闭合装置完全在所述前壁的前表面内形成边界。
16.一种用于容纳和分发多个细长可食产品的包装组件,所述包装组件包括:
用于支承所述产品的包装壳体;
所述包装壳体包括第一产品容纳室和被铰接结构分开的第二产品容纳室;
每个所述产品容纳室具有邻近所述铰接结构的开口端,所述产品容纳室是围绕所述铰接结构以类似书的方式可折叠的;以及
在每个所述室上的可释放的闭合装置;
其中所述可释放的闭合装置是夹子,并且其中所述夹子是以粘接方式被固定到所述产品容纳室之一,所述夹子具有铰接结构和可移除地可接合到所述另一个产品容纳室的部分,用于提供所述包装壳体的所述可释放的闭合。
