本发明涉及一种烹饪套装及其在电饭锅中的应用。
背景技术
在亚洲,电饭锅是人们家庭生活中不可或缺的家用电器之一。目前,电饭锅的主要功能是煮饭,为此人们需要另外分别烹饪不同的菜肴。然而,随着现代生活节奏的加快,人们希望通过仅使用一种已知的厨房电器就能同时制备两种以上的菜肴或者同时制备米饭和菜肴,从而更便利有效地烹饪食品。因此,为了满足上述需要,人们希望开发出能同时制备两种以上的菜肴或者同时制备米饭和菜肴的技术。由于该技术能同时完成多个烹饪任务并且可降低加热所需的能耗,故其具有广阔的市场前景。
已知的传统技术包括将生米与食材(比如肉片、蔬菜等)及调味料一起放入电饭锅中加水蒸煮,但该方法存在如下缺陷:米饭与食材均具有来自调味料的相同口味,并且调味料在烹饪过程中发生沉淀,在电饭锅底部形成层,从而在电饭锅内有烧糊、结壳或干结的趋势,并且会产生令人不愉快的气味。
另一已知技术是将生米与加有调味料的食材分开放置在两个隔离空间中(比如分别在电饭锅和加热平台(heating plate)上的烹饪锅中)进行烹饪。该技术因其需要分别加热两个隔离空间而产生更高的能耗,此外,由于不同的烹饪时间,故几乎不可能同时完成菜肴和米饭的烹饪。
另一已知技术是使用电饭锅上部中的塑料或不锈钢蒸笼(plastic or stainless steel basket)在电饭锅的顶部空间中用蒸汽烹饪菜肴。该技术被用于通过蒸汽仅烹饪菜肴,或者在煮饭期间被使用。如果该技术在煮饭期间使用,那么菜肴会向电饭锅的顶部空间中释放气味,于是来自菜肴的气味进入米饭中。此外,来自菜肴的液体会滴落在米的表面,从而破坏米原有的中性口味。因此,人们希望改进该技术以获得能保持其原有的中性口味的米饭。
因此,利用电饭锅同时烹饪出两种以上菜肴或同时烹饪出菜肴和米饭的传统技术仍有许多待改进的空间。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种烹饪套装,包括蒸煮袋和装有调味配料的配料包,其中蒸煮袋和配料包一起被提供。
本发明的烹饪套装中的蒸煮袋和配料包各自可为一个以上,并且蒸煮袋和配料包可装在盒子或袋子中被一起提供。

在本发明中,用于制备蒸煮袋的单层薄膜具有非极性结构,其在23℃下的氧透过率为110-168cm3/m2·d·atm,并且其在38℃下的水蒸气透过率为25-40g/m2·d。由于该单层薄膜具有较低的氧透过率和水蒸气透过率,故由其制得的蒸煮袋具有出色的防水性和防油脂性。此外,本发明的蒸煮袋具有出色的防粘着性并且其在30-121℃下不会发生分解、变形和熔化。因此,本发明的蒸煮袋非常适用于电饭锅。
本发明还涉及上述烹饪套装在电饭锅中的应用,其中将食材(比如肉、蔬菜等)与调味配料装入蒸煮袋中并密封蒸煮袋,然后将经密封的蒸煮袋放入电饭锅中,并在有水的条件下进行蒸煮。该经密封的蒸煮袋在电饭锅中的蒸煮时间根据需要可设置为10-90分钟。在该应用中,人们可使用电饭锅烹饪一个以上的上述经密封的蒸煮袋,于是可利用电饭锅烹饪菜肴并且在电饭锅中可同时制得两个以上的菜肴。由于蒸煮袋具有出色的防水性和防油脂性,故各个蒸煮袋内的食材之间不会彼此串味。

实施例1
首先,将1小袋(约60g)来自本发明的上述烹饪套装中的颗粒状蜂蜜排骨调料与400g的排骨条装入来自本发明的上述烹饪套装中的蒸煮袋中,充分拌匀后将蒸煮袋密封。然后将该经密封的蒸煮袋放入电饭锅中,并向电饭锅中加入500ml的水。烹饪10-90分钟(依赖于电饭锅的性能)后,拿出蒸煮袋并倒出其内的食品,由此获得美味可口的排骨。

9.如权利要求8所述的烹饪套装,其特征在于,所述单层薄膜在23℃下的氧透过率为110-168cm3/m2·d·atm,在38℃下的水蒸气透过率为25-40g/m2·d。
10.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的烹饪套装,其特征在于,所述蒸煮袋上设有密封装置。
11.如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的烹饪套装在电饭锅中的应用,其特征在于,将食材与所述调味配料装入所述蒸煮袋中并密封所述蒸煮袋,然后将经密封的蒸煮袋放入电饭锅中,并在有水的条件下进行蒸煮。
12.如权利要求11所述的应用,其特征在于,所述经密封的蒸煮袋在电饭锅中被蒸煮10-90分钟。
13.如权利要求11所述的应用,其特征在于,所述经密封的蒸煮袋与生米被放入电饭锅中一起蒸煮。
14.如权利要求13所述的应用,其特征在于,所述蒸煮袋内的食材与米饭不会串味。
