背景技术

发明内容
在一个实施例中,一种器具包括在一端具有开口的器具本体。阀安装在器具本体中,该阀在一端具有开口。一体式阀门靠近开口用铰链安装在阀上。促动臂模制在阀门或座环上。促动臂在拉伸和压缩作用下将作用力从器具促动装置传递到阀门上。因而,阀门基本上仅由促动臂打开和关闭。

现在转到图4,盖子26显示为处于打开状态。促动臂28由于几何特征50例如促动臂28的细化或促动臂28中的凹口而发生可预测的变形。可选的是,在促动臂28上可包含两个或更多个几何特征50,以产生盖子26的多个开度级或序列。对于现有技术的促动器例如单丝线或其它螺纹状部件,促动臂28的选择性的细化是不可行的。几何特征50局部地削弱了促动臂28,使得在促动臂28的任何其它部分开始变形之前,促动臂28在几何特征50附近发生变形。因而变形的量、位置和时间可得到控制,使得盖子26按顺序地打开。通过这种方式,盖子26不会经受1)接触笔尖20;或2)与器具本体接触,因为同卡环移动的距离相比,促动臂28的变形有效地减少了盖子26移动的整个距离。结果,促动臂28可打开盖子26,并在盖子26接触器具本体的内侧之前停止打开运动。因而,盖子26和促动臂28可具有比现有技术设计更长的寿命期限。
只要几何特征50基本上设置在导向装置46中,则导向装置46便支承几何特征50。结果,如图4中所示,促动臂28不会开始变形或弯曲,直至几何特征50延伸到导向装置46上方。一旦几何特征50位于导向装置46上方,则促动臂28开始变形,从而将促动臂28的一部分向上的运动转变成横向运动。因而,当几何特征50设置在导向装置46中时,盖子26更快速地打开(因为促动臂28所有向上的运动都指向盖子的向上运动),并且当几何特征50定位在导向装置46外时,盖子更缓慢地打开(因为促动臂28的一部分向上的运动被转换成横向运动)。促动臂28的另一变形结果是短得多的鼻头30。因为促动臂28在盖子26打开时不是线性的(即促动臂28在几何特征50附近已经弯曲),所以鼻头30可比现有技术的鼻头更小,导致节省材料和器具整体更短。应该懂得,尽管通常优选包括几何特征的促动臂,但此特征是可选的。

Claims (20)

1.一种器具,包括:
在一端具有开口的器具本体;
安装在所述器具本体内的阀,所述阀具有位于一端的开口和与所述阀整体模制的盖子,所述盖子靠近所述开口可通过铰链而在所述阀上移动;
设置在所述器具本体内的卡环,所述卡环与所述阀是分离的;以及
至少两个促动臂,其模制在所述盖子和所述卡环的其中一者上,所述促动臂操作地将所述盖子连接到器具促动装置上,所述器具促动装置提供作用力,以便通过向所述促动臂提供作用力而使书写顶端经由所述阀的开口伸出和收缩,
其中,在伸出时,所述促动臂在压缩作用下将作用力从所述器具促动装置传递给所述盖子,以及所述盖子基本上仅由所述促动臂促动。

18.根据权利要求17所述的可伸缩的书写器具,其特征在于,所述促动臂包括几何特征,所述几何特征局部地削弱了所述促动臂,以便所述促动臂当处于压缩作用下时在所述几何特征附近发生变形。
19.根据权利要求17所述的可伸缩的书写器具,其特征在于,所述阀包括稳定特征,所述稳定特征横向支承设置在所述稳定特征内的所述促动臂的部分。
20.根据权利要求19所述的可伸缩的书写器具,其特征在于,所述稳定特征是凹入的导向装置。
