技术领域

背景技术
具有挥发性墨水的记号笔和其它的书写器具通常通过密封所述书写器具的尖端或者其它书写点使其与环境隔离而防止所述墨水蒸发。传统地,这样的记号笔和书写器具利用可移除的罩来遮盖和密封书写点。但是,这样的配置用起来比较笨重,因为需要两只手来移除或者附接罩。另外,当罩从书写器具移除时易于丢失。

发明内容

无盖可伸缩书写器具具有两阶段伸长/收缩顺序。在第一阶段中,贮存器保持器122和闭合组件160相对于阀140移动以在尖端124冲击罩142之前打开罩142。当用户推动致动按钮(图7至图10中未示出)时,贮存器保持器122开始朝向筒(图7至图10中未示出)中的开口向前移动。如前所述,通过凸耳和肩部148之间的相互作用控制阀140的移动。由于贮存器保持器122的移动,闭合组件160和延伸部126也向前移动。如前所述,由于突出部134和保持环164之间的相互作用产生的摩擦力使得这些元件临时接合在一起,保持环164初始随贮存器保持器122向前移动。由于闭合环162开始移动远离阀140,使得其不再与罩142密封接触(即,已经克服突出部134和保持环164之间的相互作用后),罩142(通常被活动铰接部144偏压到打开位置)开始打开。在可选实施方式中,通过例如前面讨论的凸轮表面接合到闭合组件160,而迫使或者推动打开罩142。有利地,罩142在尖端124接触罩142之前打开。结果,防止了对尖端124产生冲击损伤和在罩142的内表面上产生墨水聚集。最终,如前所述,通过与鼻部(图7至图10中未示出)的锥形内表面接触,防止闭合环162进一步向前移动。
在第二打开阶段中,贮存器保持器122和延伸部126继续相对于阀140、筒112和闭合组件160向前移动。当闭合环162的斜表面坐靠于鼻部的锥形表面时,闭合组件160相对于筒固定并且被防止进一步向前移动。此时,罩142处于完全打开位置。贮存器保持器122的继续向前移动最终产生足够的力,以克服由于保持环164和突出部134之间的相互作用产生的摩擦力。结果,保持环164停止向前移动,而贮存器保持器122继续相对于闭合组件160向前移动。在完全伸长位置,突出部134位于保持环164和保持止动件132之间。由于贮存器保持器122、延伸部126和尖端124继续相对于筒移动,阀140和闭合组件160、尖端124最终延伸出筒并且延伸到完全伸长的书写位置。
在图7至图10的实施方式中,与保持环164设置在与贮存器保持器一体的保持臂的上方(如图3至图5的实施方式中那样)相对的,保持环164设置在贮存器保持器122的上方。保持止动件132防止保持环164超出保持止动件132的前向移动。图7至图10的闭合组件160有利地消除了对一体延伸臂的需要。由此图7至图10中的闭合组件160相对于图3至图5的实施方式减少了材料和组装部件的总量。
图7至图10的保持环164包括一个或多个扩展特征,比如V形槽194。能够使用任意的允许环在压力下扩展的特征。例如,可以使用如下的任意特征:暂时地允许保持环164变形以产生更大的直径或圆周。在组装期间,保持环164滑动过延伸部126、阀140和偏压构件136上方。由于保持环164在保持止动件132上方受力,V形槽194扩展为更为线性的定向,由此增大了保持环164的圆周而允许保持环通过保持止动件132并进入其在贮存器保持器122上的适当的位置。一旦越过(clear)保持止动件132,则V形槽194返回其初始形状,由此使保持环的圆周足够地减小,使得保持环164不会从贮存器保持器122滑脱(即,保持环164的向前移动将由保持止动件132控制)。
无盖可伸缩书写器具的组装总地可以如下顺序进行。首先,偏压构件36、136放置在贮存器保持器22、122的一部分的上方。接着,阀40、140在尖端24上方歇靠在贮存器保持器22、122的一部分上。随后,通过将闭合组件60、160放置在阀40、140和偏压构件36、136上方,捕获并保持阀40、140和偏压构件36、136。最后,闭合组件60、160,阀40、140、偏压构件36、136和贮存器保持器22、122通过被放置在筒12内部而捕获并保持。由此,所公开的无盖可伸缩书写器具的组装不包括任何种类的子组件。结果,有利地降低了制造时间和总的部件数目。在可选的组装顺序中,阀40、140可以在闭合组件60、160被放置在偏压构件36、136和贮存器保持器22、122上方之前插入闭合组件60、160中。
上面公开的阀、闭合组件、贮存器保持器和筒可以由产生有限的柔性和耐用性的任意材料或者这些材料的组合形成。这样的材料包括但不限于:热塑性弹性体、和例如聚丙烯、尼龙等的传统的热塑性物质。
虽然这里所特别示出的无盖可伸缩书写器具的公开包括例如弹簧的偏压构件以产生打开和闭合力,但能够使用包括但不局限于螺旋弹簧、片簧等的各种生力机构或偏压构件。
此外,闭合组件、阀和罩可以用于实际上具有罩的任意器具。例如,如本领域技术人员能够理解的,上述的闭合组件可用于各种可伸缩书写器具,比如荧光记号笔、记号笔、标签笔、圆珠笔等。在书写器具之外,闭合组件还可以应用到各种其它的流体涂抹工具,这些涂抹工具包括但不限于漆刷涂抹器、修正液涂抹器、比如指甲油和睫毛膏涂抹器等的化妆涂抹器、和香水涂抹器。另外,可伸缩机构可以与其它的工具结合,所述其它的工具比如是温度计、pH检测器、刀、流体取样装置、手电筒、激光笔等。在可伸缩工具中,工具可以设置在工具保持器上,其中阀和罩有选择地遮盖所述工具。
例如,可伸缩工具可以包括:工具,其从工具保持器延伸;和阀,其遮盖工具并保护所述工具不受环境因素影响。闭合组件可以将阀保持于工具保持器,所述闭合组件包括闭合环、保持环和至少一个闭合臂。闭合组件可以由保持止动件保持在贮存器保持器上。
虽然这里已经根据本发明的教导描述了特定的可伸缩器具,本专利的范围并不限于此。相反,虽然已经根据各种优选实施方式示出和描述了本发明,但明显地,在上述的内容之外,可以作出特定的改变和修改。本专利涵盖本公开的教导的、公正的落入在等效文本的范围内的全部实施方式。因此,意图保护本领域普通技术人员能够作出的全部变化和修改。
Claims (20)
1. 一种无盖可伸缩书写器具,其包括:
书写尖端,其从贮存器保持器延伸;
阀和罩,其有选择地密封所述书写尖端,所述阀和罩设置在所述贮存器保持器的一端上;和
闭合组件,包括:
闭合环;
保持环,其与所述闭合环间隔;和
至少一个闭合臂,其连接所述闭合环和所述保持环;
其中,所述闭合组件保持所述阀,所述闭合组件由设置在所述贮存器保持器上的保持止动件固定到所述贮存器保持器,所述保持止动件与所述贮存器保持器一体。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,其中所述贮存器保持器包括一体的保持臂,并且所述保持止动件设置在所述一体的保持臂上。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,其中所述保持臂能够相对于所述贮存器保持器变形。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,其中所述保持环包括如下扩展特征:在所述保持环受压力时其允许所述保持环的圆周暂时扩展。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,其中所述扩展特征是V形槽。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,还包括在所述至少一个闭合臂的内表面上的凸轮表面,所述凸轮表面在所述罩的伸长期间与所述罩相互作用以在所述尖端接触所述罩之前打开所述罩。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,其中所述凸轮表面是弯曲的。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,还包括在所述罩上的至少一个突出部,所述至少一个突出部在所述尖端的伸长期间骑乘在所述凸轮表面上。
9. 根据权利要求1所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,还包括所述贮存器保持器上的突出部,所述突出部在所述尖端的伸长期间产生摩擦力以暂时将所述保持环接合到所述贮存器保持器。
10. 根据权利要求9所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,其中所述突出部设置在与所述贮存器保持器一体地形成的保持臂上。
11. 根据权利要求1所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,还包括围绕所述贮存器保持器的筒、所述阀和所述闭合组件,并且所述筒包括至少一个导轨,所述至少一个导轨设置在所述筒的接近于所述阀的内表面上。
12. 根据权利要求1所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,其中所述阀在其外表面中包括至少一个槽,所述槽的尺寸设计成接收所述至少一个闭合臂的至少一部分。
13. 根据权利要求1所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,其中所述罩在所述书写尖端的伸长和收缩期间保持与所述闭合组件接触。
14. 根据权利要求1所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,其中所述闭合环包括倾斜的内表面,所述倾斜的内表面的尺寸设计成在所述书写尖端的收缩期间接收所述罩的一部分。
15. 根据权利要求1所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,还包括筒,所述筒在一端具有包括锥形内表面的开口,其中,所述闭合环包括外斜面,所述外斜面在所述书写尖端的伸长期间坐靠于所述筒的锥形内表面。
16. 根据权利要求1所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,还包括筒,所述筒在其内表面上具有凸耳,所述凸耳防止所述阀相对于所述筒的向前移动。
17. 根据权利要求1所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,其中所述罩在所述尖端的伸长和收缩期间保持在所述闭合环和所述阀之间。
18. 根据权利要求1所述的无盖可伸缩书写器具,其中所述尖端的伸长是两阶段伸长,其中,在第一阶段中,所述贮存器保持器和所述闭合组件相对于所述阀移动,并且在第二阶段中,所述贮存器保持器相对于所述阀和所述闭合组件移动。
19. 一种可伸缩器具,其包括:
工具,其从工具保持器延伸;
阀和罩,其有选择地遮盖所述工具,所述阀和罩设置在所述工具保持器的一端上;
闭合组件,包括:
闭合环;
保持环,其与所述闭合环间隔;和
至少一个闭合臂,其连接所述闭合环和所述保持环;和
用于将所述闭合组件固定到所述工具保持器的装置。
20. 根据权利要求19所述的可伸缩器具,其中所述工具是用于涂抹液体的工具,所述工具选自包括如下示例的组:漆刷、修正液涂抹器、化妆涂抹器、指甲油涂抹器、睫毛膏涂抹器和香水涂抹器。
