背景技术
诸如接入终端的端点可以使用通信网络系统来与其他端点传递分组。例如，接入终端可以预定为其维护签约信息的归属网络。如果接入终端处于归属网络的服务区之外，则该接入终端可以使用访问网络来传递分组。

承载管理器40分配资源，并提供向接入终端20传递分组的承载路径和/或从接入终端20传递分组的承载路径。根据一个实施例，承载管理器40用作为用于承载路径的锚点。承载管理器40还可以用作为授权使用允许接入终端20使用承载管理器40锚定的承载路径的网络地址的归属或外地代理。
在所示出的实施例中，访问网络24的访问承载管理器40a向访问网络24中的接入终端20提供服务。根据一个实施例，访问承载管理器40a用作为用于访问锚定的路径的锚点。在该实施例中，访问承载管理器40a提供允许接入终端20使用访问锚定的路径的访问网络地址。访问网络地址的示例包括访问IP(V-IP)地址。

访问锚定的路径82被锚定在访问承载管理器40a处，并不通过归属承载管理器40b。因此，访问锚定的路径82可以具有低于归属锚定的路径80的等待时间。访问网络地址允许接入终端20使用访问锚定的路径82。
路径82和80可以以任何适当的方式利用。例如，访问锚定的路径82可以被用于具有更严格的等待时间要求的情况下，但是归属锚定的路径80可以被用于要求更稳定的路径的情况下。归属锚定的路径80还使归属网络28提供访问网络24不支持的归属网络特定功能和服务。在某些情况下，路径82和80都可以使用。例如，归属锚定的路径80可以被用于信令，并且访问锚定的路径82可以被用于媒体。在一个实施例中，归属锚定的路径80可以是默认路径。
HBM-VBM隧道86代表归属承载管理器40b和访问承载管理器40a之间的双向隧道。VBM-IPGW隧道88代表访问承载管理器40a和IP网关36之间的双向隧道。VBM-IPGW隧道88可以允许访问承载管理器40a经由IP网关36向接入终端20转发流量，并可以包括(例如)代理移动IP(PMIP)隧道。链路92代表IP网关36和接入终端20之间的通信链路。链路92可以包括(例如)点对点(PPP)、A.10、或A.11链路。

承载管理器40可以包括任何适当的设备，例如，服务通用无线分组服务(GPRS)支持节点(SGSN)、GPRS网关支持节点(GGSN)、归属/外地代理、移动网关、移动IPv6节点、或分组数据服务节点(PDSN)。承载管理器40可以使用任何适当的协议，例如，IP多媒体子系统(IMS)协议。
策略服务器44管理策略规则，并向承载管理器40提供策略规则。在所示出的实施例中，策略服务器44a向承载管理器40a提供策略规则。策略服务器44b向承载管理器44b提供策略规则，并可以向策略服务器44a提供策略规则。
在一个实施例中，策略可以包括指定在特定情况下将采取的行为的规则。策略可以包括路由规则和诸如计费、服务质量、使用追踪、和/或其他规则的其他适当的规则。路由规则可以指定怎样路由分组。例如，路由规则可以指定将使用访问锚定的路径82或归属锚定的路径80的情况。例如，规则指定在分组具有特定来源和/或目的地的情况下，分组将沿着访问锚定的路径82被路由。否则，分组将沿着归属锚定的路径80被路由。在一个实施例中，允许访问网络地址的路由规则可以被安装一段特定的时间，然后被废止。
根据一个实施例，路由规则可以指定归属锚定的路径80被用于某些应用，访问锚定的路径82被用于其他应用。例如，归属锚定的路径80被用于信令(诸如，会话初始化协议(SIP)信令)，并且访问锚定的路径82被用于媒体(诸如，网络电话(VoIP))。
可以使用任何适当的路由规则。作为一个示例，路由规则可以指定如果参与到实时通信会话中的接入终端20正在被同一个访问网络24服务，则使用访问锚定的路径82。作为另一个示例，路由规则可以指定如果在访问网络24和归属网络28之间不存在适当的关系，则使用归属锚定的路径80。作为另一个示例，路由规则可以指定如果要求仅可以由归属网络28提供的高安全性，则使用归属锚定的路径80。
在一个实施例中，路由规则可以被用于向接入终端20提供有关何时使用归属锚定的路径80或访问锚定的路径82的指令。该指令可以以任何适当的方式提供。例如，路由规则可以被转发给接入终端20。在该示例中，接入终端20可以接收URL，以下载路由规则。作为另一个示例，接入终端20可以配置有路由规则。作为另一个示例，访问承载管理器40a可以获取路由规则，并可以根据该路由规则指示接入终端20。

在所述接入终端处接收指派给所述接入终端的访问网络地址，所述访问网络地址与锚定在访问网络处的访问锚定的承载路径相对应；
判断是使用所述归属锚定的承载路径还是使用所述访问锚定的承载路径；以及
根据所述判断，使用所述归属网络地址或所述访问网络地址传递多个分组。
2.根据权利要求1的方法，其中，在所述接入终端处接收所述访问网络地址的步骤进一步包括：
在动态主机配置协议(DHCP)响应中接收所述访问网络地址。
3.根据权利要求1的方法，其中，在所述接入终端处接收所述访问网络地址的步骤进一步包括：
在分组数据协议(PDP)上下文的初始化期间接收所述访问网络地址。
4.根据权利要求1的方法，其中，判断是使用所述归属锚定的承载路径还是使用所述访问锚定的承载路径的步骤进一步包括：

根据存储在移动节点处的指令确定使用所述访问网络地址。

使用所述归属网络地址作为默认地址。
7.一种接入终端中的用于沿承载路径传递多个分组的系统，包括：
用于在接入终端处接收指派给所述接入终端的归属网络地址的装置，所述归属网络地址与锚定在所述接入终端的归属网络处的归属锚定的承载路径相对应；
用于在所述接入终端处接收指派给所述接入终端的访问网络地址的装置，所述访问网络地址与锚定在访问网络处的访问锚定的承载路径相对应；
用于判断是使用所述归属锚定的承载路径还是使用所述访问锚定的承载路径的装置；以及
用于根据所述判断，使用所述归属网络地址或所述访问网络地址传递多个分组的装置。
8.根据权利要求7的系统，其中，所述用于在所述接入终端处接收所述访问网络地址的装置在动态主机配置协议(DHCP)响应中接收所述访问网络地址。
9.根据权利要求7的系统，其中，所述用于在所述接入终端处接收所述访问网络地址的装置在分组数据协议(PDP)上下文的初始化期间接收所述访问网络地址。
10.根据权利要求7的系统，其中，所述用于判断是使用所述归属锚定的承载路径还是使用所述访问锚定的承载路径的装置包括：
用于接收指定使用所述访问网络地址的策略的装置；
用于根据所接收的策略，确定使用所述访问网络地址的装置。
11.根据权利要求7的系统，其中，所述用于判断是使用所述归属锚定的承载路径还是使用所述访问锚定的承载路径的装置根据存储在所述移动节点处的指令确定使用所述访问网络地址。
