Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO COMPREENDENDO NANOPARTÍCULAS TIPO NÚCLEO-CASCA, MÉTODO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DA REFERIDA COMPOSIÇÃO E REVESTIMENTO. A invenção fornece uma composição compreendendo nanopartículas tipo núcleo-casca, as nanopartículas compreendendo: (a) material de núcleo catiônico polímero; e (b) material de casca compreendendo sílica. Os materiais de núcleo preferidos compreendem micelas de copolímero dibloco compreendendo um bloco de unidades de metacrilato de dialquilaminoetila que são parcialmente ou completamente quaternizado e um bloco de unidades de metacrilato de dialquilaminoetila que permanecem não quaternizadas. A invenção também fornece um método para a preparação da referido composição, o método envolvendo: (a) preparar um material de núcleo catiônico compreendendo polímero; e (b) revestir o material de núcleo com uma casca compreendendo sílica tratando-se o polímero com um precursor de sílica sob condições ambientes. A invenção também considera uma composição compreendendo nanopartículas tipo núcleo-casca que é adaptado para facilitar a entrega controlada de pelo menos um agente ativo em um sistema em resposta a mudanças controladas no pH do sistema.
