Abstract
MéTODOS,COMPOSIçõES E INSTRUMENTOS PARA A FORMAçãO DE COMPOSTOS MACROCìCLICOS Esta invenção se relaciona aos métodos, composições,e instrumento para a produção de compostos macrocíclicos. Primeiro, são fornecidos um ou mais reagentes em um meio de reação,que são capazes de formar o composto macrocíclico atavés de uma via de reação desejada que inclui pelo menos ciclização, e que são adiconalmente capazes de formção de oligómeros indesejáveis de uma via de reação indesejáda que inclui. A oligomerização de tais reações no meio de reação é modulada para reduzir a formação de olgómero indesejáveis e/ou para reduzir a separação dos olgómeros indesejáveis do meio de reação,em relação a uma reação de oligomerização não modulada correspondente maximizando, dessa forma,os rendimentos do composto macrocíclico.o compostos macrocíclico assim formado é então recuperado do meio de reação Preferivelmente, o composto macrocíclico se separa espontameamente do meio de reação por meio de separação de fases. Mais prferivelmente, o composto macrocíclico se precipita espontaneamente do meio de reação e pode, portanto, ser facilmente recuperado por filtração simpes.
