Abstract

MÉTODO PARA A PRODUÇÃO CONTÍNUA DE UM ANIDRIDO DE ÁCIDO. Um método de produção de anidridos ácidos a partir de matérias-primas de epóxido e monóxido de carbono é apresentado. Em diversos aspectos, o método inclui etapas de reagir o teor de uma corrente de alimentação compreendendo um epóxido, um solvente, um catalisador de carbonilação e monóxido de carbono para produzir uma primeira corrente de produto de carbonilação que compreende uma beta-lactona, reagindo, em seguida, o teor da primeira corrente de produto de carbonilação com monóxido de carbono adicional para produzir uma segunda corrente de produto de carbonilação que compreende um anidrido ácido, e separar, pelo menos, uma parte do anidrido ácido de uma segunda corrente de produto de carbonilação para produzir: i) uma corrente de produto de anidrido ácido que compreende a porção separada de anidrido ácido; e ii) uma corrente de reciclagem compreendendo o catalisador de carbonilação e, finalmente, a adição da corrente de reciclagem para a corrente de alimentação.
