Abstract
um processo para produzir um poliol poliéster compreendendo reagir um reciclo selecionado a partir de carpete de pet reciclado, fibra de carpete, recipientes, têxteis, artigos ou misturas destes, com um glicol em um reator, formando, desse modo, um fluxo de produto digerido compreendendo polióis, e um fluxo não digerido; e então reagir o fluxo de produto digerido com um hidrófobo selecionado a partir de dímero de ácidos graxos, trímero de ácidos graxos, ácido oléico, ácido ricinoléico, óleo de tungue, óleo de milho, óleo de canola, óleo de soja, óleo de girassol, óleo bacteriano, óleo de levedura, óleo de algas, óleo de rícino, triglicerídeos ou alquil carboxilato ésteres com unidades de ácido graxo c6-c36 saturados ou insaturados, ácidos graxos c6-c36 saturados ou insaturados, óleo de rícino alcoxilado, ácidos ou dióis dicarboxílicos c9-c18 saturados ou insaturados, produtos à base de cardanol, óleo de cozinha reciclado, álcoois graxos c6-c36 ramificados ou lineares, materiais hidróxi-funcionais derivados de ácidos ou ésteres graxos epoxidados, ozonizados, ou hidroformilados ou misturas destes.
