Abstract
Description
[0002]本発明は、概して固液分離方法、特にロータリープレッシャーフィルターを用いる固液分離方法に関する。

Claims (12)
- 第1の固液分離区域内において固液混合物を濾過して、固体生成物を含むフィルターケーキを形成し、ここで、第1の固液分離区域は少なくとも1つのフィルター部材を横切って圧力差を加えるように構成されているロータリープレッシャーフィルター装置を含み、フィルターケーキはかかる少なくとも1つのフィルター部材上に形成され;
ロータリーフィルター装置内においてフィルターケーキを洗浄流体で洗浄して、湿潤状態のフィルターケーキを形成し;
湿潤状態のフィルターケーキを再スラリー化区域に送って、湿潤状態のフィルターケーキを再スラリー化流体と混合してスラリーを形成し;
スラリーを固液分離区域に送って、固体生成物をスラリーから分離する;
ことを含む、固液混合物から固体生成物を回収する方法。 - 湿潤状態のフィルターケーキを、乾燥しないでロータリープレッシャーフィルター装置から再スラリー化区域に送る、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ロータリープレッシャーフィルター装置は、乾燥区域を有さずに運転するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の固液分離区域は、ロータリー真空フィルターを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第2の固液分離区域は、乾燥器を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 洗浄流体は、水を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 再スラリー流体は、水を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 洗浄流体は、再スラリー化区域に導入される流れの全質量の30重量%を構成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固体生成物は、芳香族化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固体生成物は、芳香族カルボン酸を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固体生成物は、テレフタル酸を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固液混合物を、固体が結晶化される結晶化区域から第1の固液分離区域に送る、請求項1に記載の方法。
