Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA SUBSTâNCIA ALVO USANDO UM MICROORGANISMO". Em um método para produzir uma substância alvo usando um microorganismo compreendendo cultivar o microorganismo em um meio para produzir e acumular a substância alvo no meio e coletar a substância alvo, se usa, como o microorganismo, uma cepa mutante ou uma cepa recombinante genética construída de uma cepa parental do microorganismo tendo uma via de cadeia respiratória de alta eficiência de energia é uma via de cadeia respiratória de baixa eficiência de energia como vias de cadeia respiratória, e tendo uma ou ambas das seguintes características: (A) a via de cadeia respiratória de alta eficiência de energia é melhorada, (B) a via de cadeia respiratória de baixa eficiência de energia é deficiente.
