"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA SUBST NCIA DE MARCAçãO UTILIZANDO UM MICROORGANISMO". Em um método para produzir uma substância de marcação utilizando um microorganismo que compreende cultivar o microorganismo em um meio para produzir e acumular a substância de marcação no meio . e coletar a substância de marcação da cultura, usa-se, como o microorganismo, uma cepa mutante ou cepa recombinante de um microorganismo em que assimilação de maltose é controlada por uma interação entre proteína lIA^ Glc^ de glucose PTS e uma proteína envolvida na absorção não-PTS de maltose, e a interação entre proteína IIA^ Glc^ e a proteína envolvida na absorção não-PTS de maltose é reduzida ou eliminada na cepa mutante ou cepa recombinante.
