Abstract

BACTÉRIA CORINEFORME, MÉTODOS PARA PRODUZIR ÁCIDO L-GLUTÂMICO E UMA BACTÉRIA CORINEFORME, E, GENE yggB TIPO MUTANTE. A bactéria corineforme que é modificada por uso de um gene yggB de modo que a capacidade de produção de ácido L-glutâmico é melhorada como comparada com uma cepa não modificada é cultivada em um meio para causar acúmulo de ácido L-glutâmico no meio ou nas células bacterianas, e ácido L-glutâmico é coletado do meio ou das células.
