Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM L-AMINOáCIDO". Em um método para a produção de um L-aminoácido através cultura de um microorganismo tendo a capacidade de produzir um L-aminoácido em um meio para produzir a acumular o L-aminoácido no meio e coletar o L-aminoácido a partir do meio, uma bactéria Gram-negativa tendo a via Entner-Doudoroff e modificada, de tal modo que a atividade 6-fosfogluconato desidratase ou a atividade de2-ceto-3- deóxi-6-fosfogluconato aldolase ou as atividades de ambas sejam aumentadas, é usada como o microorganismo.
