Abstract

"MéTODO PARA CULTIVAR A CEPA DE RHODOCOCCUS RHODOCHROUS M33 PRODUTORA DE NITRILA HIDRATASE, E, MEIO DE CULTURA" A invenção refere-se a um método para cultivar a cepa de Rhodococcus rhodochrous M33 produtora de nitrila hidratase, empregando-se um meio de cultura que se baseia em um tampão de fosfato com de 12 a 60 mM e que atende a necessidade de fósforo das células, mantendo-se o valor do pH durante a cultura na faixa de 5,5 a 9,0, e, após o consumo da quantidade inicialmente carregada de glucose, adiciona-se ácido acético como nova fonte de carbono. A invenção refere-se também ao meio de cultura empregado no processo.
