Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR áCIDO L-GLUT MICO PELA FERMENTAçãO". Um método para produzir ácido L-glutârmico pela fermentação, que compreende cultivar um microorganismo tendo capacidade produtora de ácido L-glutâmico em um primeiro pH que seja adequado para o crescimento do microorganismo e depois cultivar o microorganismo em um segundo pH que seja adequado para a produção de ácido L-glutâmico pelo microorganismo e seja mais baixo do que o primeiro pH.
