Abstract

L-リジン、L-スレオニン、及びL-トリプトファンから選ばれるL-アミノ酸生産能を有し、かつydcI遺伝子によりコードされるタンパク質の活性が増大するように改変された、エシェリヒア属、エンテロバクター属、パントエア属、クレブシエラ属、又はセラチア属等の腸内細菌科に属する細菌を培地で培養して、前記L-アミノ酸を該培地中又は菌体内に生成蓄積させ、該培地又は菌体より前記L-アミノ酸を採取する。
