Claims (7)
- L-아미노산 생산 능력을 갖는 미생물을 배지에서 배양하여 L-아미노산을 배지중에 생산 축적시켜 상기 배지로부터 L-아미노산을 수거함을 포함하는 L-아미노산의 생산 방법에 있어서, 미생물이 엔트너-도우도로프 경로(Entner-Doudoroff pathway)를 갖고, 6-포스포글루코네이트 데하이드라타제 활성 또는 2-케토-3-데옥시-6-포스포글루코네이트 알돌라제 활성, 또는 이들 활성 둘다가 증강되도록 변형된 그람-음성 세균이며, L-아미노산은 피루브산을 중간물질로서 사용하는 생합성 경로에 의해 생산되는 L-아미노산으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세균이 장내세균인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 세균이 엔테로박터 속에 속하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 6-포스포글루코네이트 데하이드라타제 활성 또는 2-케토-3-데옥시-6-포스포글루코네이트 알돌라제 활성이 6-포스포글루코네이트 데하이드라타제 또는 2-케토-3-데옥시-6-포스포글루코네이트 알돌라제를 암호화하는 유전자의 복제수를 증가시키거나, 상기 세균의 세포내에서 상기 유전자의 발현을 증강시키도록 상기 유전자의 발현 조절 서열을 변형시킴으로써 증강되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, L-아미노산이 L-글루탐산, 또는 중간물질 또는 아미노 그룹 공여체로서 L-글루탐산을 이용하는 생합성 경로에 의해 생산되는 L-아미노산인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, L-아미노산이 L-글루탐산, L-아르기닌, L-글루타민, L-프롤린, L-루신, L-이소루신, L-발린 및 L-알라닌으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, L-아미노산이 L-글루탐산인 방법.
