Abstract
"GAMA-PROTEOBACTéRIA, E, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA SUBSTâNCIA ALVO". Em um método para produzir uma substância alvo usando um microorganismo, que compreende cultivar uma <sym>-proteobactéria em um meio para produzir e acumular a substância alvo no meio ou células e coletar a substância alvo, usa-se uma cepa em que a proteína ArcA não funciona normalmente na célula por meio de, por exemplo, rompimento do gene arcA no cromossomo.
