Abstract
Una composición de edulcorante de bajas calorías o cero calorías con sinergia de dulzura, que proporciona una reducción del mal sabor y un perfil temporal deseable. La composición de edulcorante es adecuada para su uso como un sustituto para los azúcares de altas calorías. La composición de edulcorante se utiliza en productos comestibles y bebibles, productos farmacéuticos, productos nutritivos y productos cosméticos. Reivindicación 1: Una composición de edulcorante que comprende alulosa y al menos un mogrósido. Reivindicación 2: La composición de edulcorante de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, donde el al menos un mogrósido se selecciona del grupo que consiste en mogrósido V, mogrósido IV, mogrósido VI, oxomogrósido V, mogrósido IIIE y siamenósido l, o mezclas de estos. Reivindicación 4: La composición de edulcorante de conformidad con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, donde el al menos un mogrósido se encuentra en un extracto de fruta de una fruta de una planta de la familia de las Cucurbitáceas.
