Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vehicle handle device.
- a handle is mounted around a pin (shaft component) on a base member (handle base) of the handle device.
- the shaft part has an enlarged diameter part at one end, and when the other end is inserted into the support hole of the pin support part with the insertion tip as the insertion tip, the regulation wall (elastic piece) arranged on the front side of the pin support part is once bent. After passing the shaft part, the shaft part returns to the original position, and then the movement of the shaft part in the removal direction is restricted.
- the present invention has been made to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and by preventing the elastic piece from breaking, it is possible to reliably prevent the shaft component from falling off or the shaft component from being unmountable.
- An object is to provide a handle device.
- the object is A handle base 2 fixed to the vehicle and holding the operation handle 1; A shaft part 4 to be inserted and mounted in a bearing portion 3 provided on the handle base 2; The shaft part 4 is formed on the handle base 2 and is elastically deformed so that the movement in the removal direction is restricted by a cantilever-like elastic piece 5 that allows passage of the shaft part 4 and is held by the bearing portion 3.
- This is achieved by providing a handle device for a vehicle in which the handle base 2 is provided with a stopper protrusion 7 that restricts the elastic deformation range of the elastic piece 5 by bringing the free end of the elastic piece 5 into contact with the stopper surface 6. Is done.
- the vehicle handle device has a handle base 2 fixed to the vehicle to hold the operation handle 1 and a shaft part 4 fixed to the handle base 2.
- the shaft part 4 may be a pivot shaft of the operation handle 1, a rotational motion part other than the operation handle 1, or may be a simple long axis member.
- the elastic piece 5 When the shaft part 4 is inserted into the bearing portion 3, the elastic piece 5 is once elastically deformed to allow passage of the shaft part 4, and returns to the original position when the insertion operation of the shaft part 4 is completed, and the shaft part 4 is removed at the return position.
- the shaft part 4 is prevented from being pulled out by interfering with the path.
- the stopper protrusion 7 for restricting the elastic deformation range of the elastic piece 5 is provided, even if the shaft part 4 is inserted in an oblique direction, excessive stress is not generated in the elastic piece 5. In addition, it is possible to reliably prevent inadvertent breakage of the elastic piece 5.
- the handle device The elastic piece 5 is disposed such that opposite side edges are sandwiched between rising walls 8,
- the stopper protrusion 7 can be configured to be disposed at a non-overlapping position with respect to the free end of the elastic piece 5 in the natural posture when the rising wall 8 is viewed in the standing direction.
- the opposite side edges of the elastic piece 5, that is, the edge adjacent to the free end edge of the elastic piece 5 is sandwiched by the rising wall 8, whereby the side of the elastic piece 5 (FIG. 6 (a).
- the parting of the molding die used for the injection molding of the handle base 2 is performed in the direction along the rising wall 8 in order to prevent the occurrence of undercut (FIG. 6 ( c), (P direction in (d)), but in this case, since the U region showing hatching in FIG. 6A becomes the undercut region, the undercut region (U) is formed. Therefore, it becomes necessary to arrange a core or the like in the molding die, and the structure of the molding die becomes complicated.
- the stopper surface 6 of the stopper protrusion 7 is arranged at a position that interferes with the locus of the elastic piece 5. If a handle device is formed in which the distance between the base end of the elastic piece 5 and the insertion line of the shaft part 4 is larger than the distance between the stopper surface 6 and the insertion line of the shaft part 4, FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the interference width of the tip locus of the elastic piece 5 with respect to the stopper surface 6, that is, the riding surface of the elastic piece 5 on the stopper surface 6 is increased by d. Is possible.
- the elastic piece 5 has a free end, a skewed portion 9 that skews with respect to the insertion line of the shaft component 4, and an orthogonal proximal end that is substantially orthogonal to the insertion line of the shaft component 4 from the proximal end of the skewed portion 9
- the deformation base end position can be lowered without increasing the length of the elastic piece 5, so that the elastic piece 5 can be arranged in a narrow region.
- FIG. 7 is an explanatory view of this action.
- FIG. 7A is a diagram showing that the elastic piece 5 is moved only by (L) in order to lower the elastic deformation base end by m in order to secure the same increase d as the straight beam.
- (B) shows that the elastic piece 5 has a bent shape so that the running length of the stopper surface 6 can be increased by (D) without increasing the overall length. Show what you can do.
- FIG. 6C is a sectional view taken along line 6C-6C, and FIG.
- 6D is a sectional view taken along line 6D-6D of FIG. It is a figure which shows the effect
- the handle device has a handle base 2 made by injection molding a synthetic resin material fixed to a door panel (not shown), and an operation handle 1 connected to the handle base 2. Formed.
- the operation handle 1 has a hinge leg 1 a at one end, and a recess 1 b of the hinge leg 1 a is fitted to a hinge protrusion 2 a formed on the handle base 2.
- the handle base 2 is connected so that the rotation operation with the fitting portion as the rotation center is possible.
- a stopper block 12 is connected to the handle base 2 in order to restrict the movement of the operation handle 1 in the direction of releasing the fitting with the hinge protrusion 2a.
- the handle device is attached to the door by fixing the handle base 2 along the inner wall of the door panel, connecting the operation handle 1 from the outside of the door, and then connecting the stopper block 12 to the handle base 2 from the outside of the door. Done.
- relay lever 11 and the counterweight 13 are rotatably connected to the handle base 2 around a pivot (shaft component 4) installed between the projecting piece-shaped bearing portions 3.
- the relay lever 11 has an input portion 11a and an output portion 11b.
- the input portion 11a formed in an arm shape is locked to a locking portion 1c formed at one end of the operation handle 1, and the output portion 11b.
- the counterweight 13 is locked to the relay lever 11 in the clockwise direction in the state shown in FIG. 3A, and is externally fitted to the relay lever 11 so that it can rotate independently of the relay lever 11 counterclockwise from this state. And provided to cancel the operation force in the door opening direction due to the inertia of the operation handle 1 at the time of a side collision with the vehicle.
- a torsion spring 15 is wound around the relay lever 11 to urge the relay lever 11 toward the initial position.
- the torsion spring 15 applies a biasing force in a direction to press the locking portion 1c of the operation handle 1 to the input portion 11a of the relay lever 11, and holds the operation handle 1 in the initial position.
- the torsion spring 15 is engaged with a counterweight 13 that is fitted around the relay lever 11 with one leg 15a as a fixed end and the other leg 15b as a movable end.
- the urging force is transmitted to the relay lever 11 via the counterweight 13.
- the pivot 4 is formed with a flange-shaped head 4 b at one end of the shaft 4 a, and protrudes from the lower edge of the front end of the handle base 2 to face in the front-rear direction.
- Each of 3 is provided with a through hole 3a through which the shaft portion 4a can be inserted.
- the rear bearing portion 3 is provided with a retaining portion 16 that protrudes rearward, and the elastic piece 5 and the stopper projection 7 are formed on the retaining portion 16.
- the retaining portion 16 is formed in a frame shape in which the rear end edges of a pair of opposed rising walls 8 are connected by a connecting piece 16 a and opened on the front and back sides, and the elastic piece 5 closes the back surface opening of the retaining portion 16. As shown in FIG. 5 (c), the elastic piece 5 is projected toward the front side from the back surface side end surface of the connecting piece 16a.
- An inclined portion 9 formed by an inclined surface that reaches a position that slightly closes the hole 3a, and a slit that separates the inclined portion 9 from the side wall in order to enable elastic deformation of the inclined portion 9 are further provided in the middle of the connecting piece 16a. It has an orthogonal base end portion 10 that is extended to a portion and imparted elastic deformation capability, and is formed in a refractive sectional shape.
- the relay lever 11 is mounted by inserting the pivot 4 into the through-hole 3a with the relay lever 11 held at a predetermined position, as shown in FIG. 5 (b).
- the elastic piece 5 is slightly elastically deformed to allow passage of the shaft portion 4 a, then further elastically deformed when the flange-like head 4 b passes, and when the flange-like head 4 b passes, As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the return path of the flange-shaped head 4b is closed, and the removal of the pivot 4 is restricted.
- the elastic pieces 5 are sandwiched between the rising walls 8 constituting the side walls of the retaining portion 16 on both side edges, it is possible to prevent the elastic pieces 5 from being subjected to a load due to a collision of other parts, Inadvertent damage is prevented.
- the stopper protrusion 7 protrudes from the bearing 3 in a protruding shape, and limits the range of elastic deformation of the elastic piece 5 as shown in FIG.
- a gap is set between the rear end edge of the stopper projection 7 and the free end edge of the elastic piece 5, that is, the front end edge as viewed from the front and back directions.
- the stopper projection 7 is prevented from becoming an undercut element with respect to the direction in which the molding die is drawn when the handle base 2 is molded.
- the lower end of the orthogonal base end 10 serving as the fixed end of the elastic piece 5 is separated from the stopper surface 6 of the stopper projection 7 toward the back surface side, the free end stopper when the elastic piece 5 is elastically deformed. Since the contact area with the surface 6 is increased, the drop-off from the stopper projection 7 is prevented, and the operation reliability is improved.
- the stopper projection 7 is an undercut element when the retaining portion 16 is formed. Therefore, it becomes unnecessary to use a core or the like for the molding die.
Abstract
