Claims (8)
- 左右一対のインナチューブ(281L、281R)および前記インナチューブ(281L、281R)の下部が摺動可能に嵌入されるアウタチューブ(282L、282R)からなり、前記アウタチューブ(282L、282R)の下端で前輪(WF)を支持するフロントフォーク(28)と、ディスクブレーキ(40)と、前輪(WF)の回転を検出する車輪速度センサ(49)とを有する鞍乗り型車両において、
前記ディスクブレーキ(40)が、前輪(WF)の左右一方側にのみ設けられた前輪用のシングルディスクブレーキであり、
前記車輪速度センサ(49)が、前輪(WF)の左右他方側に設けられていて、
前記ブレーキホース(50)および前記ハーネス(51)が、前記ディスクブレーキ(40)および前記車輪速度センサ(49)からそれぞれ上方に配索されるとともに、
前記アウタチューブ(282L、282R)のうち、前記車輪速度センサ(49)が設けられている側(282L)の上部で前記ハーネス(51)を固定する第1クランプ部(57)と、
前記アウタチューブ(282L、282R)のうち、前記ディスクブレーキ(40)が設けられている側(282R)の上部において前記第1クランプ部(57)と略同じ高さで該第1クランプ部(57)を経由して配索される前記ハーネス(51)および前記ブレーキホース(50)を束ねて固定し、該固定位置からさらに上方に向けて配索する第2クランプ部(58)とを備えることを特徴とする鞍乗り型車両。 - 前記第2クランプ部(58)が、
前記第1クランプ部(57)から該第2クランプ部(58)側に向けて指向される前記ハーネス(51)を該指向姿勢で固定する第1のハーネス固定手段(641)と、
前記第1のハーネス固定手段(641)で固定されるハーネス(51)の指向方向を転換させ、前記ディスクブレーキ(40)から引き出されて上方に配索される前記ブレーキホース(50)に沿うように指向させて固定する第2のハーネス固定手段(642)とを有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の鞍乗り型車両。 - 前記第2クランプ部(58)が、前記第2のハーネス固定手段(642)と略同じ高さでブレーキホース(50)を固定する第1のホース固定手段(643)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の鞍乗り型車両。
- 前記左右一対のインナチューブ(281L、281R)を、車体前部に設けられるヘッドパイプ(30)の下部で互いに連結するボトムブリッジ(27)と、
前記第2クランプ部(58)から上方に配索される前記ハーネス(51)およびブレーキホース(50)を前記ボトムブリッジ(27)に固定する第3クランプ部(59)とを備え、
前記第2クランプ部(58)と前記第3クランプ部(59)との間では、前記ブレーキホース(50)および前記ハーネス(51)が、前記ディスクブレーキ(40)が取り付けられている側から前記車輪速度センサ(49)が取り付けられている側に凸となるように湾曲した揺動部(B1)を形成するように前記第2クランプ部(58)および前記第3クランプ部(59)が構成されることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の鞍乗り型車両。 - 前記ブレーキホース(50)が、筒状のプロテクタ部材(501)および該プロテクタ部材(501)に収容されるホース本体(502)からなり、
前記ハーネス(51)の外径が前記プロテクタ部材(501)の外径よりも小さく設定されており、
前記第2クランプ部(58)と前記第3クランプ部(59)との間で前記ブレーキホース(50)に束ねられる前記ハーネス(51)が、前記ブレーキホース(50)の後方に配索されるように前記第2クランプ部(58)および前記第3クランプ部(59)が構成されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の鞍乗り型車両。 - 前記第3クランプ部(59)が、車幅方向において前記第2クランプ部(58)が設けられている側と同じ側に偏倚して配置されることを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の鞍乗り型車両。
- 前記第3クランプ部(59)が、前記ハーネス(51)を保持する第3のハーネス固定手段(742)と、前記ブレーキホース(50)を保持する第2のホース固定手段(741)とからなり、
前記第3のハーネス固定手段(742)および前記第2のホース固定手段(741)が、車幅方向に延在し、かつ略水平に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の鞍乗り型車両。 - 前記第1のハーネス固定手段(641)、前記第2のハーネス固定手段(642)、および前記第1のホース固定手段(643)を、前記インナチューブ(282R)に一体的に固定する第2ステー(63)と、
前記第3のハーネス固定手段(742)および前記第2のホース固定手段(741)を一体的に前記インナチューブ(282R)に固定する第3ステー(73)とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の鞍乗り型車両。
