Abstract
Description
本願は、2008年4月25日に、日本に出願された特願2008-114995号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
顆粒状の製剤、具体的には顆粒水和剤および顆粒水溶剤等には、(1) 水和剤および水溶剤と比較して見掛け比重が大きく嵩張らない、(2) 水に懸濁させて散布液を調製する際に微粉が飛散せず、作業者がこれを吸引する心配が無い、(3) 計量が簡便であるなどの利点がある。
当該文献の方法は、成型品になっている製剤にさらに処理を加えて、成形時とは異なる特性(放出速度)を有する製剤とする発明であるが、成型品の形状は処理前後で変化せず、剤型の異なる製剤を製造するものではない。
(i)(1)~(5)のいずれかの工程後、さらに次の(a)及び(b)の工程により、粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物を、その組成物の成分及び割合を変えずに、顆粒状農薬組成物に剤型を変更することを特徴とする顆粒状農薬組成物の製造方法
(1)粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物に加水し、混練し、押出し、乾燥させる工程
(2)粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物に加水し、攪拌造粒し、乾燥させる工程
(3)粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物に加水し、混練し、噴霧乾燥させる工程
(4)粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物に加水し、流動層造粒させる工程
(5)粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物を加圧成型する工程
(a)解砕することにより微粒化する工程
(b)必要に応じて、微粒化後に篩別することにより整粒する工程
に関する。
(ii)粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物が、トップジンM(登録商標)水和剤、トリフミン(登録商標)水和剤、ベルクート(登録商標)水和剤、又はニッソラン(登録商標)水和剤であることを特徴とする(i)に記載の製造方法や、
(iii)粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物が、モスピラン(登録商標)水溶剤、又はビーナイン(登録商標)水溶剤80であることを特徴とする(i)に記載の製造方法や、
(iv)(i)~(iii)のいずれかに記載の方法で得られた顆粒状農薬組成物に関する。
水和剤、水溶剤の処方を変更せずに剤型のみを顆粒剤にすることにより、パック製剤を希釈する際に生じる散布ノズルの詰まりが発生する心配が無い。また、得られた顆粒状農薬組成物は粉立ちせず、十分な崩壊性・懸濁性を有するため、作業の簡便性と作業者の安全性を満足することができる。しかも、処方の再構築をする必要がないため、研究等にかかる労力を減らすことができる。
本発明の製造方法の原料となる粉末状の農薬組成物は特に制限されないが、水和剤及び/又は水溶剤であることが好ましい。本発明は、少なくとも1種類の農薬活性成分を含む粉末状の農薬組成物を出発原料として使用する。本発明の原料となる粉末状の農薬組成物は、粉末状の農薬製剤として販売に供される最終形態(製品)でもよいし、粉末状であって販売に供される前の、半製品でもよい。
本発明の方法によって製造される顆粒状農薬組成物は、原料である粉末状農薬組成物と、同一の製剤組成及び割合を有する。製剤組成としては、農薬活性成分の他に、担体、増量剤、界面活性剤等を含有することができる。
50μm以下では粉末状の水和剤の範疇に入る粒径となり、取り扱い時の粉立ちを抑えることが困難となる。逆に2000μmを越える場合には、水中溶解性が劣る。
本発明の方法は、簡潔には、粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物に加水し、造粒し、乾燥する工程を有する。さらに、前記工程によって製造した造粒物を解砕することによる微粒化工程、及び、必要に応じて微粒化した顆粒を篩別することによる整粒工程を有する。
具体的には、下記に示す(1)~(5)の方法のいずれかと、(a)及び(b)の方法を有する。
本発明の製造方法に用いる水としては、特に制限されず、水道水、工業用水、蒸留水、イオン交換樹脂処理水、逆浸透膜(RO)処理水および限外ろ過膜(UF)処理水などの精製水、又は、地下水、涌水などの天然水が挙げられる。
混練の際に用いられる水の量は、通常、3~70重量%、好ましくは、5~60重量%である。混練時間は、製造のスケール及び混練機の種類によって異なるが、3分~60分、好ましくは5分~20分である。
押出粒径としては、用いる原料及び/又は添加水分量によっても異なるが、0.2~2.0mmが好ましく、0.5~1.2mmであることがより好ましい。
当該方法において、加水は、前記(1)の加水方法・条件が使用できるほか、攪拌造粒機で加水及び造粒を行うこともできる。
本方法には公知の条件、装置が使用できるが、具体的には例えば、攪拌混合造粒機としてバーチカルグラニュレーター(パウレック社製)、高速混合・細粒機としてスパルタンリューザー(ダルトン社製)、連続攪拌造粒機としてフロージェットグラニュレーター(大川原製作所社製)、遠心転動造粒コーティング装置としてグラニュレックス(フロイント産業社製)等が挙げられる。
乾燥には、前記(1)と同様の乾燥方法・条件を使用できる。
当該方法において、加水、混練には前記(1)と同様の方法・条件が使用できる。
噴霧乾燥工程により、造粒及び乾燥を行うことができる。噴霧乾燥にはスプレードライヤーを用いることができ、具体的には例えば、造粒乾燥装置としてスプリュード(大川原製作所社製)、スプレードライヤーとしてスプレードライヤーL/OC(大川原製作所社製)、噴霧乾燥装置(ヤマト科学社製)、カルタースプレードライヤー(日本化学機械製造社製)等が挙げられる。
加水には前記(1)と同様の方法・条件が使用できる。
流動層造粒工程において、造粒及び乾燥を行うことができる。流動層造粒機としては、具体的には例えば、微粒子コーティング・造粒装置 GPCG-CT(パウレック社製)、微粒子コーティング・造粒装置 SFP(パウレック社製)、転動流動コーティング装置 マルチプレックス(パウレック社製)、流動層造粒コーティング装置 フローコーター(大川原製作所社製)、連続流動造粒乾燥装置 ミクスグラード(登録商標、大川原製作所社製)、複合型造粒コーティング装置 スパイラフロー(フロイント産業社製)等が挙げられる。
また、本顆粒状農薬組成物の形状は本顆粒状物の調製方法、条件等により変わるが、通常、不定形、立方体状、直方体状、三角錐状、円錐状、円柱状、球状、ダンベル状、楕球状、卵状、凸レンズ状、凹レンズ状、板状等であり、中でも不定形、円柱状、球状及び楕球状が好ましい。
以上の方法により、粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物を、顆粒状農薬組成物にすることができる。この場合、粉末状の農薬水和剤からは、顆粒水和剤が得られ、粉末状の農薬水溶剤からは顆粒水溶剤が得られる。
本顆粒状農薬組成物は通常、水により希釈され、該希釈液は、含有する農薬活性成分種や使用目的に応じて、例えば、水田、乾田、育苗箱、畑地、果樹園、桑畑、温室、露地などの農耕地、森林、芝生、ゴルフ場、街路樹、道路、路肩、湿地などの非農耕地、池、貯水池、川、水路、下水道などの水系等で散布することができる。その施用量は農薬活性成分に換算して10アールあたり、通常0.1~200g、好ましくは0.5~120gであり、本顆粒状農薬組成物を適宜水で希釈し、動力または手動噴霧器による散布にて施用することができる。その際の希釈倍率としては3~10000倍、好ましくは5~8000倍である。
(工程1)
モスピラン水溶剤 90Kg及び水(水添加量8%)をニーダー(容量500L、大日本工業社製)に仕込み、40分間混練した。混練物を押出造粒機(ツインドームグラン TDG-100型、不二パウダル社製)にて、0.8mmφのスクリーンを用いて押出した。さらに、振動流動層乾燥機(VDF10800型、徳寿製作所社製)を1回通して乾燥、整粒し造粒物を得た。
(工程2)
押出径0.8mmφの造粒物を、解砕機(ロールグラニュレーター、日本ロールグラニュレーター社製)を用いて解砕し、目的粒度(粒度150~710μm、500~600μmの割合が最大)の顆粒状農薬組成物(製剤a)を得た。解砕はロール2段で行い、1段目:ピッチ0.6、クリアランス5(0.43mm)、2段目:ピッチ0.6、クリアランス5(0.43mm)とした。目的粒度の収率は、94.5%であった。
実施例1の工程2において、解砕条件を、ロール1段目:ピッチ0.6、クリアランス0.6(0.51mm)、2段目:ピッチ0.6、クリアランス5(0.43mm)とした以外は実施例1と同様にして顆粒状農薬組成物(製剤b)を得た。目的粒度の収率は、94.8%であった。
実施例1の工程2において、解砕条件を、ロール1段目:ピッチ0.6、クリアランス0.6(0.51mm)、2段目:ピッチ0.6、クリアランス4(0.35mm)とした以外は実施例1と同様にして顆粒状農薬組成物(製剤c)を得た。目的粒度の収率は、94.9%であった。
実施例1において、工程1のみを行い、グラニュレーターで解砕を行わない造粒物(製剤x)を得た。
得られた製剤a~c、x、それぞれにつき、次の手順で溶解性試験を行った。すなわち、メスシリンダーに水道水250mL及び顆粒製剤0.125g(2000倍希釈)を投入し、30秒間静置した。30秒後、メスシリンダーを2秒に1回の割合で転倒させ、製剤が完全に溶解するまでの転倒回数を測定した。
結果を下表に示す。
表2に例示する各水和剤または水溶剤を乳鉢に約5g仕込んだ。それぞれに規定した量の純水を添加し、乳棒で約5分間混練した。混練物を0.7mmφのスクリーン上に取り出し、上から乳棒で押し付けて押し出した。得られた押出物を流動層乾燥機 (フローコーター FLO-1型、フロイント産業社製) にて、入口温度50℃で20分間乾燥し、149~1410μmの篩を用いて篩い分けした。 (未解砕の顆粒水和剤または顆粒水溶剤に相当する)
続いて、スパチュラの背で押しつぶしながら解砕し、解砕物を149~600μmの篩を用いて篩い分けし、各顆粒水和剤または顆粒水溶剤を得た。
試験例1と同様の手法で各顆粒の転倒回数を測定した。結果を下表に示す。
内径 20mmの金属製容器 (臼) に表3に例示する各水和剤または水溶剤を約 2.5 g 仕込み、金属製の棒 (杵) を挿入し、ハイプレッシャージャッキ (井内盛栄堂社製、1-313-01型) を用いてそれぞれに規定した圧力にて加圧した。
続いて、得られた圧縮物を乳鉢に入れて細かく解砕し、149~1000μmの篩を用いて篩い分けし、各顆粒水和剤または顆粒水溶剤を得た。
試験例1と同様の手法で各顆粒の転倒回数を測定した。結果を下表に示す。
Claims (4)
- (1)~(5)のいずれかの工程後、さらに次の(a)及び(b)の工程により、粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物を、その組成物の成分及び割合を変えずに、顆粒状農薬組成物に剤型を変更することを特徴とする顆粒状農薬組成物の製造方法。
(1)粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物に加水し、混練し、押出し、乾燥させる工程。
(2)粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物に加水し、攪拌造粒し、乾燥させる工程。
(3)粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物に加水し、混練し、噴霧乾燥させる工程。
(4)粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物に加水し、流動層造粒させる工程。
(5)粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物又は粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物を加圧成型する工程。
(a)解砕することにより微粒化する工程。
(b)必要に応じて、微粒化後に篩別することにより整粒する工程。 - 粉末状の農薬水和剤組成物が、トップジンM(登録商標)水和剤、トリフミン(登録商標)水和剤、ベルクート(登録商標)水和剤、又はニッソラン(登録商標)水和剤であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 粉末状の農薬水溶剤組成物が、モスピラン(登録商標)水溶剤、又はビーナイン(登録商標)水溶剤80であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の方法で得られた顆粒状農薬組成物。
