Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un comprimido farmacéutico en el que el famciclovir es el ingrediente activo y en el que el porcentaje en peso de famciclovir en el comprimido es del 85% o mayor, donde los excipientes se granulan y después se comprimen para formar un comprimido. En particular se incluye un procedimiento para la preparación de un comprimido farmacéutico de acuerdo a lo descrito que contiene la siguiente composición: 91,42 % p/p de famciclovir; 2,83 % p/p hidroxipropil celulosa; 5,00 % p/p en alidón glicolato saódico; 0,75 % p/p estearato de magnesio; 0,00 % p/p lactosa anhidra.
